I think she makes these dark jokes to fuck with people. She didn't want to be poor little defenseless Carole anymore. One time a real life rapist told me he was intimidated by me. You gotta remember that with any documentary or reality TV that the way someone is portrayed is very much up to the person making it. So while we see Carole as a slightly unhinged person who seems unconcerned about accusations of murdering her husband and even plays up to them, we only see that because of the way the footage was edited. Who knows what questions she was asked to get those answers?
I also find it repulsive that the mass response to Tiger King is that Joe is the unfairly oppressed hero and Carole is the villain. Like excuse me, which one is in jail for paying to have the other murdered? It’s just total misogyny that the victim in all this is the one subjected to mass ridicule.

Yeah this is weird af. I was just watching this and although I think Carole is one tough fucking nut who’s not letting anyone get in her way and I definitely get some sociopath vibes off her - I get the hint she’s had a real rough ride with men, and that’s besides the gang rape. I can see why she’d want to show Joe she’s not backing down after being gang raped at knifepoint point early on. She’d have an incentive not to let a man hold power over her again. Although she did allow herself to be ‘the other woman’ so I think his ex wife was right in saying she was a little naive thinking she would be the one to change him. A tiger doesn’t change its stripes. However she was vulnerable prey- family abandonment/ single mom/ abusive baby father etc- you can see how she fell victim.
I think she probably earned that money she received after the husbands ‘death’ due to the things he put her through. We already got hints he cheated on her a lot & disrespected her etc. I mean he was the one with the money that scooped her off the street whilst she was vulnerable in an abusive situation - I imagine he used his monopoly of money & power over a lot as well as her vulnerability, because she relied on him & came from nothing. And that’s why he chose her as a target- how could she say no. He played the millionaire exotic animal keeping knight in shining armour coming to save the day & he wanted the perfect little damsel to impress & imprison into his personal bangmaid. She was easy prey. A millionaire will know all about prey and predators lol.
I think she started out a fresh faced naive pickmeisha & quickly had her innocence stole & there on after she just saw more & more of the ugly nature of them....& something switched in her. So she went from one extreme to the other, from being submissive, hurt & naive having men and her Christian family control her....to being very calculated & fiercely defensive. And I think constant trauma probably forced that side out of her...rather than it being an optional thing. You can tell she didn’t get bite out of nowhere.
Oh and she 100% killed her husband. Whether it was an argument gone wrong in self defence or deliberate. I could tell that straight off the bat. The eyes never lie. You could see there was no hurt in her eyes when she spoke of him & she was struggling to hide contempt, like she was holding back on a lot of details. It didn’t come across natural imo - there was an emptiness there mixed with a hint of ‘I’ve seen some shit & I’m haunted by it’. Notice she focuses on defending the lies surrounding his murder rather than talking about how she missed him- that’s the big giveaway there lol. She clearly was not fond of him & was getting abused by him regularly. Obviously she wouldn’t speak on the things he did to her in gross detail as that would make her even more of a prime suspect & bring her into the spotlight again. But we know how a lot of millionaire males behave when they seek a more vulnerable young pretty thing as their ‘wife’ cough trophy slave to control. There’s a reason it always ends in bitter divorce or drama.
I think she’s very calculated- she’s learned to curb her emotions to present herself a certain way. I wonder if he raped her a lot & that’s why she switched & killed him because she’d already suffered a rape & trauma from that before she married him. And this one had presented himself as her ‘saviour’ only to exploit her again. Maybe she had enough of men trying to use, threaten & exploit her or make her feel unsafe & she just switched one day & killed him. Plus she knew he was cheating & looking to divorce her anyway. He was going to leave her with zilch after using & cheating on her like a disposable ragdoll - like she was nothing. I’m not convinced she was out for the money because she had no clue he was a millionaire when he pulled up to her at first. I think she was out for revenge having at first trusted him. If anything she was more of a charity case. It even said he deliberately dressed down to avoid goldiggas- so the fact they tried to paint her that way is a little off to me. He was the one that drove round 3 times whilst she wondered the street barefoot like he was looking for prey. This idea she was a goldigga is a bit bullshit, because she slept with him not knowing his status at all. Men love to cry goldigga when a woman sees through them & wants her due diligence for ensuring their BS lol.
Joe really strikes me as a grade A narcassist that grooms young & impressionable men into his haram. Oh yeah & he’s dumb as a bunch of fucking rocks, hence why he keeps having emotional caveman outbursts & getting his ass sued by calculated Carole who knows how to play chess far better than him😂. He just walks right into her booby traps everytime. He’s impulsive & lacks self awareness & that’s why Carole dominates his ass. That place seemed like some redneck clown circus for guys with small dicks trying to overcompensate- especially Jeff lol. Can’t believe Joe drove one of the young dudes in his haram to suicide. 32 years difference 😳 what a pedophile. The guy looked completely wrecked off drugs. You could see in the interview he didn’t feel comfortable to speak on what joe was doing to him.
However Caroles eyes when she joked about the ‘mincer machine myth’ did give me the jeebies a bit 😳 I also found it funny they said they didn’t believe her sheriff brother would interfere with the case....hmmmmmmm yeah no motives or loyalties there😩. I think she has the money to pay a few ppl off & keep them 🤐

Yeah you can tell she’s had that emotion and sympathy worn tf away by men. That’s the eyes of someone who’s had their empathy ground down to survival mode.
I also saw sadness and fear in her eyes, like she was holding back some guilt & scared of being found out. She’s clearly on edge about keeping people hush which is why she goes to the lengths she does. They mention several times she has a team hunting down anyone who comes against her with lawsuits😳. And she has the money to do it. I think it’s another case of her learning how to play the game like a man, but becoming almost as cold as them. Queen of south on Netflix has a similar theme.
I mean all of her responses were off for a ‘sad widow’ and it was pretty telling she ordered all of his ex employees to move out when he ‘went missing’ 😳
As a millionaire with a big ego, I imagine he was probably knocking her around and trying to force her into threesomes with the women he cheated with. And him wanting to divorce her & leave her high & dry was the last blow to her, after a life time of abused / exploited by men- particularly after the gang rape.
I don’t think she actually hates men tho- just misogynists. She seems to genuinely have respect for that guy she’s with- and he seems to respect her and be invested in keeping her safe.

Yeah that might have been a strong motive for her to hunt joe down like she did actually - because it’s clear he sexually abused that young guy who committed suicide. He even said he felt trapped. I felt kinda sad for him actually - he did not look well. Maybe it reminded her of her rape at 14 and being preyed on.
I did wonder why she had such a deep vendetta against joe , but that might make sense besides the animal abuse.
