One thing I realized is that women should not be thinking of men romantically unless they man has actively pursued them. You can say to yourself that so and so is attractive, has ___personality, but once you start fantasizing, figuring out why they haven't made a move, or imagining going on dates with them, you need to rebuke yourself and change the thought pattern. Pick-me behavior is a manifestation of unhealthy inner thoughts and obsessions. Do not even give men who have not asked you out space in your mind.
