Happy December, y'all! I hope everyone gets a break from their studies/work for the holidays in the coming weeks. 🙏 If you have free time, I encourage you to actively take stock of all your leveling-up goals, and actively plan for the year ahead. 2020 is the year you level up dramatically.

We're commencing the #KickHimOut2020 and #FuckboyFree2020 challenges January 1st.

  • We are not wasting any time in 2020 on LVM. ZERO.
    • If you're a regular here, there is absolutely no excuse to entertain confused fuckboys or LVM anymore.
    • The goal for 2020 is to be an entire year of non-stop leveling up, and an entire year of entertaining ZERO fuckboys.

I am deleting my OLD apps, upping my self-care routine, committing to reading more, focusing on my personal and professional goals, and carving out a lot more me-time this month. I am even considering changing my number. When January comes, I will be literally unreachable to fuckboys. Can you imagine the peace? Looking at OLD with fresh eyes in January can be helpful if you've been looking for a HVM in the cesspool for too long.

APPLY FDS TO YOUR ENTIRE LIFE

  • You know you are the one who shapes your dating life.
    • You are not at the mercy of LVM who keep you guessing or play hot and cold anymore.
    • You actively vet, cut off LVM, and stay true to your principles and standards.

Take the same principles and apply them to every area of your life.

Is your boss assuming you'll work overtime? Make it clear you won't. You need have boundaries and standards about what you will tolerate in every area of your life, or you will be taken advantage of.

Women are often socialized to people-please and put ourselves last. Try putting yourself first, second, and third, from now on. No one is ever going to look out for you the way you do. No one can have your back more than you do. Don't play yourself or sabotage yourself anymore.
