This is f*cking vile. And putting aside for a minute how unbelievably misogynistic this is what about men who get raped? Were they mad they couldn’t monetize their asshole and be treated like princes? This is very clearly written by someone who lives a bitter miserable life and the only way that they can relate to other people is violence. Death will be a relief for them.

I cannot believe that this isn’t satire. Why do men think women in previous centuries were treated like princesses? Like, they denied us education because we were property and were likely to die in childbirth, we had no control over finances, couldn’t have a bank account, often couldn’t work outside the home, couldn’t own or inherit property in a lot of places. Even princesses used to have to marry men 30-40 years older and suffer under a man who used and abused them. Men simply refuse to see the systemic oppression of women. You see it today when men with stay at home wives think they live on “easy mode” when in reality they’re a few steps away from enslavement.

They really out here claiming women hate rape because they can't charge for sex and have a princess complex? WTF.

My first experience with sex WAS rape. I had no intention of making my bf pay me for sex, and I never had enough self esteem to consider myself "princess status"...

It was still traumatizing. I STILL have trouble with being touched or having sex because I instinctively flinch away. If sex is innitiated unexpectedly, my mind reverts back to that day and I lay still and have no reaction. I go numb and blank.

It has nothing to do with anything other than how traumatic the experience was.

To the scrote who wrote this monstrosity: how about I put on the biggest strap on I can and force it in you without warning? No? Didn't think so.

Also, hold up. Rape was a thing LITERALLY for eons. How many Greek gods both raped and were raped? Almost all the Greek pantheon raped women all the time. (With maybe the exception of hades, whose marriage to Persephone is arguably the most functional relationship of the bunch... Even though hades was told by zues to kidnap her...)

Rape isn't a new thing. It's not a product of "men no longer treating women like they are special"... Point to ANY point in history where WOMEN were treated with more dignaty and importance than men! You can't. IT DOESN'T EXIST.

My impression is ONLY 50/50 chance it is satire. Because plenty of men really don't value their lives or life in general. Makes me think of that line from Fight Club: "you are the all singing, all dancing, crap of the world." There is some weird romanticism men can have in acknowledging their impermanence and their meaninglessness; and if one couples that hopelessness with society's standard misogyny then we will have sentiments like this.

Sorry rapists, but I am trying to make meaning in my life. I don't intend to waste this seemingly rare moment of consciousness to give into your nihilism.

Kinda related- I just remembered a CRAZY documentary I watched and highly recommend. "The Act of Killing." About war and massacres in Indonesia. There is a moment in it that often haunts me:

At one point during the documentary, one of the ex-killers (now military leader) is describing how he used to rape every “communist” girl he came across. He said it was best when they were 14-years-old. He said, and this is an exact quote, “It’d be hell for them, but it’d be heaven for me.” Then his buddies start tickling him and playfully pretending to squeeze his breasts, while saying “Hahaha get over here, communist bitch"

That cavalier attitude, despite knowing it is hell for the victim. They just live in a crazy world. I know women birth children and have more empathy but DAMN.

This is why I kinda advocate for women going a little crazy. We can't keep being shocked by this crap. We need to get really angry and hold up a mirror to them when we can- not by raping, but we need to get creative. It could be fictional writing or films or drawings, but many men cannot proactively empathize until it hits home for them.
