My bf and I have been talking about our future and we've been talking about buying a house etc.

In the flow of the conversation the house that I bought 3 years ago came up and he's like we could pay down this house yatta yatta and I have to correct him and inform him that if he moves in and we're married that it would not be an asset of his and he would be a renter and that I thought it would be better that we just buy our own place.

And that I want a prenup.
