I work out and do yoga while getting in an episode of a show or podcast every day. When I had to commute to work, I was using the time to learn Spanish on Duolingo.

Women like us pass the test without hints. We don't ask for the answer because we can look inwards and outwards to see what needs to be done and how to best streamline our life to get the most out of it.
