My husband actually did this for me... (no he didn’t post it to social media.) and he and helps me dye my roots so I don’t have to go to the salon as often.

He also spent Christmas break fixing our car to save us 2k in repairs. Not all men are worthless... hold out for a good one !

It’s nice that he purchased this set (likely one bundle purchase off her Amazon wishlist) but I can’t help but be wary when men go on beauty or nail or clothing subreddits expecting strange women to provide free labor so as to please his wife. Plus, they’re usually looking for pats on the back for bothering to click 2 buttons to purchase something, which women give because we’re so used to men giving us jack shit even on their birthdays.

To figure it out on his own, putting in more effort beyond clicking on his phone, he could have: 1) watched a YouTube video 2) read Amazon comments from the set 3) literally googled “home manicure set must haves” 4) read directions on the packaging to make sure it was able to be followed
