Yeah this meme is basically telling women to manipulate men.
It is easy to "wrap a man around your finger" and it is achieved with intermittent rewards, negging, giving less than you receive, triggering mate guarding and competitive instincts, and making him feel anxious that you will leave at any moment.
Guys will SAY that they like when a woman initiates, puts effort in, is nice and pleasant etc. but they don't actually respect it. Experience has taught me that men are most loyal and put the most effort in when you are kinda mean to them.

You don’t. It’s low value behavior when anyone does it, and it has no place in a healthy relationship between high value people. I’m not trying to come at you personally, but there’s a difference between learning LVM tactics so you can recognize and avoid them, and trying to achieve them.
