Recently watched "Obsession" and while it is an excellent movie, it treads the whole "entltled men with even a shread of power can do infinite harm" line that I've seen a lot before. It's the same thing with stuff like "The Barbie Movie" and "Adolescence." Not necessarily bad, but I feel like the constant creation of such media, obviously leads to the demonization of men and furthers weird gender war bs.

So that go me thinking is there any media with the opposite in it? Not just saying "women bad" but like a serious critique of the enormous social pressure boys and men have to "perform correctly" around girls, less they be labeled as a creep. How the constant walking on eggshells leads to their loneliness, or how misandrist culture is so normalized and accepted. A show where the boy is rejected, but just handles it silently, without any resentment or backlash. Just curious if there's something like that out there.
