Haven't watched the video yet, (mainly because I do not have high hopes for it) but "fragile" is specifically chosen to leverage the expectation that men should be strong, protective providers. It shames men for not fitting this expectation. The caricature of women on the other hand is as fragile, but this is seen as a good thing, with the fragility being more "pure"/"angelic" (I'm not sure on the wording here, hopefully people get what I mean). So it does not really have the same effect.

I found it to be very interesting.

I have definitely seen backlashes to male hobbies and outlets of male sexuality, but I have never thought to characterize the backlash by its effect on women's influence over men.

I'll watch the video later. But my gut reaction: feminists talk about "male fragility" as basically "men being human", so no, I don't think its a thing because like male fragility, female fragility is bullshit. Women aren't fragile for having emotions.

What I do find ridiculous is when certain women play the victim card and incite paranoia/demonization of men (or certain men) as monsters. That's the definition of fragility, or perhaps "feigned fragility" in the very least.

Female Fragility is a thing, women are, along with men are now expected to act a certain way, However these day with all the mainstream female empowerment women are encouraged to act out of anger and hatred, and that anger only increases male distrust of women. However "Female Fragility" doesn't stop there, they still will have insecurities about men and blame men for thoes insecurities. 21st century feminism made them fragile.

"Male Fragility" was to shit on a few men from a few female experiences to degrade them because they were degraded by thoes men. And just like how "toxic masculinity"was started, they have no idea how it works, just like how us men don't know how femininity works. Like masculinity starts with hormones, and we actually have a somewhat toxic sendondary testosterone protein that causes balding, and possible rage/stress, if allowing to be excessive. It is also hereditary.

But once again feminist are not scientists, neither am I.
