I've been directing Sales and Marketing teams for 20 years.

Believe me when I say those "corporate marketing emails" are most likely dumb as fuck and have nothing to do with product differentiation, competitive advantage or have anything in common with the actual spending budget.

Most are just silly girl pie-in-sky ideas that usually ignore every buying demographic outside of a women under 35. I simply click, browse then delete.

I also just summed up 95% of all marketing personnel today - female, under 35, dumb, entitled but usually hot.

Hey! I'm a thirty year old guy who doesn't smoke nor drink and hasn't played a video game in the past 10 years. I may not send "marketing" e-mails (which in the business world is code for spam and useless junk) but I do send out duty rosters, compliance reports, memos and good old fashioned agendas and other corporate information that needs to be shared with other branches in order to coordinate our business across the region.

So, anyway, for every guy like me there is a young woman requesting days off, complaining about the bear minimum of work they are obligated to do without getting fired, spreading gossip, undermining team cohesion, and fomenting hostile environments and then bitching about the imaginary wage gap online while they are on the clock.

Trust me, none of these women are looking to start any family. They treat the workplace as if they're still in high school. They despise responsibility and they absolutely loathe accountability. Everything is always someone else's job, someone else's fault. They refuse to take ownership or initiative and then bitch and complain when they get passed up for any promotion. But when the company is forced to fill in their gender quota they again bitch and complain that they were never "taught" how to do the job properly because they were too busy being on some bullshit instead of doing their fucking job, thus they tend to fail miserably when they do get a promotion to a position that they never cared for. They only want titles, status, and a higher pay rate and they feel offended when you expect them to actually perform the fucking job that they are paid to do!

Anyway. As a thirty year old I am not the least bit interested in responsibility-dodging bitches who never matured past high school. I think I will keep my money, friends, status, my good name, my house, reputation, and my freedom all to myself. Women do not contribute anything positive to a man's life, why the fuck would I risk everything I have ever worked hard to build and bet it all that some bitch won't hesitate to stab me in the back and fuck up my life? Because the question here is not whether or not a trustworthy female exists, the realistic question is how long before the bitch will betray me?
