To the Female Tech Starter who posted this, lets just assume for the sake of argument that you are a decent person who would never use #metoo and further assume that you are someone who believes that merit/qualifiers should be the main reason someone gets hired, not some diversity/quota BS.

It sucks that you get unfairly screwed over just because a few members of your gender decide to exploit #metoo for reasons like petty revenge over some minor slight, a means of climbing the corporate ladder or just to grab themselves some victim-hood social currency, but guess what, those guys who got hit with a #metoo often suffered far worse, so don't expect any tears of sympathy from me.

If you really are a talented tech-starter and not just some would-be diversity-hire, I recommend you take advantage of the many, MANY female orientated government grants and programs*(most of these are not available to men)* that exist that will allow you start your own business and maybe you can help those other women who also have merit if you are successful, isn't that what feminism claims it wanted all along?
