I'm a retired law enforcement officer with 25 years experience. I worked at 3 municipal police departments and 2 sheriff's departments. I worked a lot of rape complaints over the years. I would estimate that better than half of them were bullshit. Those women didn't have their houses broken into. They weren't dragged into the bushes or cars while walking down a public sidewalk. They knowingly and intentionally engaged in personal behavior that was so flagrantly dangerous that it practically screamed "Fuck me!"
