Fitness? Photos.

Sex? Rough headcount.

Goals? Make specific ones, write down in a narrative format.

The key? Stuff I can't bullshit myself Into. Pretty hard to pretend I'm lifting with a lat spread on twitter, pretty hard to pretend I'm fucking when I have to jerk off to get any sleep.

Basically, I don't allow Me to bullshit myself on the stuff that matters to me.

Spreadsheet guy tracked how buttmad he was, nothing wrong with gamifying your own life. Be as aspie as you want for yourself

In defence of the spreadsheet - that which gets measured, gets done. Don’t go crazy though. Pick 2-3 KPIs that are core to what you’re trying to accomplish. For me:

Weight and BF % every Sunday morning at the gym.
Alcoholic drinks consumed per day.
Daily step count (important to me due to a sedentary job).

5X5 results are maintained in the app.

I am going to create quarterly OKR's to track my progress against priority MRP KPI's - said no awesome motherfucker ever.

1) Do you respect yourself (discipline)?

2) Does your wife respect you?

3) Do your kids respect you?

4) Do your friends respect you?

5) Do your co-workers respect you?

6) Does your extended family respect you?

7) Do women other than your wife want to fuck you?

I aways come up with these really complicated ways to track my progress, but the above pretty much sums up all the B.S.

Complex question actually. I measure my good and bad habits in different ways. What gets measured gets managed, but the point isn't to manage, it's to do it! My MBA tells me to hire the least amount of managers as possible. Keep the dashboard lean and simple.

Am I chewing my nails or biting my cheeks? The evidence is obvious.

Am I making enough, spending too much? Again it's obvious with QB reports or bank accounts.

Am I grateful? Have I been doing my gratitude list in the morning.

Am I reading enough? My Kindle tells me % and my bookmarks track progress.

How's my body? The dentist and doctor is sending me reminders. I get on the scale. I look in the mirror. I know my numbers at the gym.

How's the homestead? I know what need fixing. I know what's left undone.

How's my social life? A quick look back at my week, a quick look forward at my next week.

How's my frame? I do OYS every week.

How's my spirit? Did I do my daily meditation? If it's still on the page from last week, then no.
