Backstory - found TRP/MMSL and other sites a few years ago when I was nearing a dead-bedroom situation. Made some self improvement, added alpha moves, added guy-game, developed my hobbies interests outside the home - things start picking up and I feel like I have saved my marriage. That was last year. Then we had a baby (not our first), and she is still breastfeeding. We have sex between 1-3 times a week still and she rarely would turn me down, but just in the last couple of weeks she has told me that she doesn't know what is going on but she feels like she has ZERO libido. She is telling me that this is not like the past where (as we have had some RP conversation) that she felt something but just didn't want sex with me, NOW it is that she finds me attractive, she is "in-love" with me but she feels like her hormones are off and if she did feel any desire she would want to direct it toward me.

So last night we are on a date and we arrive home and I tell her to go upstairs and get something sexy on - I'll put the kids down and come in momentarily. I come into the bedroom and she is not wearing anything sexy (says she couldn't find something she felt comfortable in, and she wanted me to hear that she is just exhausted and not interested in sex - she thinks that if she had more rest from the kids and housework and she was more caught up - that she might be more up for sex but right now she is too overwhelmed and when I asked her to get up to bed with something sexy on she began to feel pressure and anxiety about sex and she doesn't want that. I just listened, but I didn't reward her by giving her any beta/comfort lovey dovey words of affirmation - But then she said "I was just hoping for you to respond with "its ok honey, I want you to get some good sleep and I am here for you and I wouldn't want you to feel pressure about sex""

I mostly remained in good frame and just listened, then I gave her a kiss goodnight and went to sleep. Now normally I am pretty Outcome Independent, but it is starting to happen a bit more often, so I usually don't reward her with my attention and providing for the next day after she turns me down.

In this case - how should I deal with this? Should I consider that she is trying to be honest with me and just needs a little additional help/comfort/rest from all the kids and household stuff and go ahead and give that to her? Or should I go dark and back off from providing my attention to go and be busy doing something awesome and wait her out? Or (fill in the blank opinion on what I should do)?

Thanks.
