So here I am, applying TRP rules to life at home with the wife and kids.

Its all working well, more or less - at least I see some progress.

Then this evening my wife (stay at home mom) very casually drops that she'll have enough saved in 10 years to go live in the city - which by extension means by herself, since I don't want to move to the city, nor is it possible for me to do so with my current career track.

I pointed out a flaw in her calculation (she was off by a factor of 10) and suggested she could work in the city. Figured it was a shit test, so A&A.

But after that, it got me thinking - what is the end game here, for me? Kids go off to college and I have a SAHM who I care less and and less for. She might be doing the chores right now, but once the kids are gone, I can pretty much take care of myself. What do I need her for? Companionship? After twenty years of shit tests, hamstering and the drama that comes from dealing with the oldest teenager in the house, do I want more of it, voluntarily?

If she leaves, will I even care by that time? Being red-pill and alpha gets me the results I want for now, but is this something I want to keep doing then as well, just to keep her around?

So whats the end game here for those of us who are MRP?
