You're thinking of /r/askfeminism, this was /r/feminism. The rule he broke there was that he did not answer in an "educated way" primarily because he didn't use the words "patriarchy" or "misogyny" to describe how the fault was clearly with the other subs.

It's impossible to judge whether or not those posts actually deserved to be deleted or not, since we can't see what they are (I can't believe that didn't occur to you, honestly) but I actually sort of agree with you that this sub can be a bit of an echo chamber too. SRS-dominated subs are much, much worse, but discussions of gender politics are always so polarizing and emotionally charged that people do get shouted down.
I haven't seen too much deletion of feminist-leaning comments in here, but I have seen people who expressed views that go against MRA orthodoxy being told to "read the sidebar" as though the only possible reason for disagreeing with the literature is that they haven't read it.
Anyway, if you want people to take you seriously, take out that goddamn swastika and don't use phrases like "cowardly censorship", it makes you sound like a North Korean propagandist.
Normally I would downvote your post for being shitty (which it is, it's really really shitty) but your sentiment isn't entirely unwarranted so I upvoted for visibility.

Normally I would agree with you but recently there have been posts in both subreddits asking why we don't work together (because, you know, feminism is working on men's issues as well).
The post I commented on was asking why feminism has a bad reputation on reddit. Then they deleted many people's answers (for being too critical of feminism I guess).

Have to agree with you. I think this subreddit gets too entwined in showing how corrupted the /r/feminism subreddit is instead of working on the issues of men's rights itself. I would rather see this community helping other people with their issues or bringing awareness to a cause than some of the silly drama that opponents of men's rights are more notable in doing.

Yeah, I don't get that either. Been on reddit a long time, some of its workings are still a mystery to me.
For example, the comment I made that hot me banned from r/feminism still appears in my comment history (to me at least) but it's clearly not visible on that thread.

Either way, I understand being against those who want the MRA silenced, want to threaten the conference coming up and the bullshit in between, but being against feminism as a whole?
There are many reasons to have for this, but while I might be against an MRA who genuinely wants women to go back to the 50's, I still want men and boys to have equality in the world. Reverse genders.

I don't think there are that many MRAs who want to go back to the 50's, what you will find however is a lot of MRAs (including me) who will make the argument that the status of women in the 50's, as well as most of history, has been grossly mis-charachterized by feminists.
It's this willfully manipulative portrayal of the past and present that we're against.

Part of this is a reaction to femtrolls (AMR) and MR trolls generally trashing places up, but it's really unfortunate that even the more respectable feminist subs on reddit don't care about behaving differently from femtrolls.
Feminism has always tended to attract a particular trashy definition like something out of Animal Farm: Women are "more equal" than men. Part of it probably just comes down to word choice. The majority of academia who are interested in the same things but who aren't trying to politicize everything pointlessly tend to refer to the field as gender studies.
