Not bad, not bad at all. SimplePickups got to keep their 7k and the charity received 14k, and the feminists lost 14k.

While this is pretty shitty of them, this has nothing on the scumbags that are the Susan G Komen foundation.

When she saw them and she teared up and her voice was shaking, I started tearing up. Just real people right there and a great video by those guys. I hope they keep making videos like this and they keep raising money. And if feminists are going to stop those money going to charity because of their personal views than that shows what feminism has truly become. After this video I can safely say feminism is not about logic, reason and humanity. Its about political correctness. Which we don't need in our lifes anymore. We need more of the real stuff like this video.

Found a great comment in this article about the incident.

"You can just as equivalently argue that the women used breast cancer as an excuse to have a boy's face between their breasts, that way they won't be called "sluts" by judgemental people such as yourself for allowing it for the sake of enjoying being motor-boated. The problem with either side of the argument is the assumption that breast cancer is used to hide the real intentions of Simple Pickup or those of the girls who allowed it, neither of which is true. I've watched Simple Pickup's videos for over a year, and they consistently encourage their viewers to be direct and honest with their intentions, and they are that way themselves.

You point out that you "don't want this kind of fund raising." But Simple Pickup didn't raise any funds. Their video on YouTube didn't run any advertisements. They didn't ask any of the girls for money, and as far as the video shows, they didn't ask any other entity including the viewers to help Simple Pickup raise an amount of money to pay to charity.

A fact which you seem to be unaware of, misunderstand, or simply avoid is that 100% of what Simple Pickup donated, and what they planned to donate was indeed straight from their own pocket. The video can be easily misunderstood as (a) the girls agreeing to pay 20 dollars to Simple Pickup, (b) Simple Pickup agreeing to pay 20 dollars to the girls, (c) Simple Pickup agreeing to a contract that makes them liable for 20 dollars to be paid to some institution, or (d) Some institution agreeing to pay Simple Pickup 20 dollars. Neither of these scenarios are true. At the end of the day, Simple Pickup could choose to donate however much they wished, to whatever charity they wished, and at whatever time they wished. Simple Pickup's reasoning was that because it is the breast cancer month, they were willing to donate, but were unsure how much to donate. The video was an entertaining way to figure out an amount.

I do agree that the video wasn't particularly sympathetic to cancer patients. But it wasn't meant to be. I can also admit that it neither educates the audience about the cancer, nor is it meant to directly help those who are suffering from it. Maybe those kind of videos we can expect from medical professionals, but not from Simple Pickup. Simple Pickup's channel is made to encourage men to be confident with who they are and motivate them to meet women and improve their social lives.

I completely disagree that the women in the video were exploited. All of the women were consenting adults, they understood the act they were engaging in, and seemed to enjoy it thoroughly. You calling them exploited because they enjoy being motor-boated says more about you than them.

I also completely disagree that mutual enjoyment of motor-boating is somehow street harassment. It's time for you to look up the word harassment in the dictionary. This definition is certainly skewed in your mind."

Why is this in r/mensrights though? Sure there were some feminists being stupid, but that doesn't really directly put us down. It's a great article, but should maybe be in a different subreddit like r/news ir r/worldnews
