"Male Empowerment" in this context usually means empowerment to be auxiliaries for the feminist cause

its going be like a Queer Eye for Straight Guy routine - OR -
its only for minority men

I feel confident in these guesses because the next option is "Women Rising" and I'll guarantee that's not new. Which means they had to previously approve whatever rubbish they're offering men.

Founding and reinvigorating men's clubs and organizations. THIS, is an answer. Women have their groups, we should have ours. Keep it somewhat discreet when you're forming it, and make it something that'll be helpful to you and your brothers. There's a LOT of issues that men, young men in particular, need to address these days. I don't see our graduation rates becoming equal to women's again, or our sucide rates decreasing, unless we create support structures, outside of the family, for men again.

Be careful of groups like that at universities. Men's groups at universities tend to be basically feminist front organizations. They indocrinate men on feminist talking points (i.e. wage gap, 1-in4 myth, toxic masculinity).
