You are right. College and the education system is full of misandrists. They constantly push female supremacy/feminism and they spread extreme-misandric views and ideologies.

It is bad for men and boys' mental health. And they also blame men's depression on men while they constantly verbally abuse men, portrait men in a bad light and make men feel bad about themselves. The amount of victim-blaming, gaslighting, manipulating, abuse against men is enormous. They want men to suffer.

That's analogy is stupid and perpetrated by people who have no idea of scientific method. (Social studies, gender studies).

The population of males in non-monogamous mammalian species is maintained at around 25-30%. Its lower than females obviously, but nowhere near the proportion you mentioned. (1:10).

That is to prevent inbreeding.

But that is in non-monogamous species. (~99.9% species are non-monogamous). That is because the males only impregnate the female. They dont care for the young ones or invest their resources in them.

Humans are monogamous species (at least socially monogamous). That complicates the picture.
In monogamous species, males will compete for resources. Often violently. Thereby out-competing the non-monogamous males and female.

So, nature maintains the sex ratio close to 1:1. To prevent in-species competition and violence.

That is same reason socially enforced monogamy (aka marriage) evolved in human society independently in different regions.

Because non-monogamous societies become violent and self-destruct.

A student of sociology is expected to understand this basic premise. But they don't. Coz they are feminists!

Even without inbreeding it doesn’t really work.

In one of his essays in the 1930’s Orwell directly addresses this point. He said the argument is made that the women are the “barers of children” which is why they need to be protected. He then points out that people aren’t goats (I think it was goats, it’s been a few years since I read it), and that the gender imbalance caused by WWI didn’t mean that women shared men, but that hundreds of thousands of women never married or had children!

So this is a story about me and the education system in my country.

When I was 10, I had to "learn" a feminist lesson in our textbook, (it was a national textbook that all schools in my country used).

The whole chapter/lesson is anti-male.

Basically, the lesson mentioned domestic violence and abuse, but they did not ever mention male victims. All they did was mentioning male perpetrators and they complained about how men were violent and bad,...

The lesson also mentioned and glorified the titanic story and they tried to teach young boys to sacrifice their lives/die to save and protect girls and women. While in the same lesson, they constantly told us how gender inequality is bad.

Not only that, they also told us about feminist cafes that had "men-tax" where men had to pay extra money for drinks and food and explained how it was about equality.

I still remember about the book till this day.

The second story is about a teacher I had. This was in high school

Back when I was 16. I had severe depression and I went to school like twice a week. When I tried to go to school, I used all my energy and willpower.

One day, I went to school after missing classes in while due to depression and I had a literature class. Guess what I got to hear that day!?

I got to hear my feminist teacher ranting about men.

She literally YELLED at all the boys in my class and complained about the "pAtRiArcHy", she ranted about the past and ranted about women being oppressed victims, she tried to explain to us "how men were awful", and she yelled that "now men are treated worse than dogs, the rank of society is children 1st, women 2nd, dog 3rd and men are the last" and she ranted that " men deserved to be treated bad like that". And even more and more misandric vile words were coming out of her mouth.

She was 50+ and she behaved like a 5 year old throwing tantrums. My mental health was bad, and it got worse after her misandric rant and yelling. I decided to dropout because my mental health was so bad, I couldn't take care of myself anymore. I was extremely vulnerable and those words from her hurt a lot.

One year later I went back to school. Now I am in college. I am on antidepressants and I am fine now. Don't worry about me. But basically that is a story I want to share.

Natures objective is to mix genes up as much as possible for genetic strength through diversity but also to ensure survival of the species. Whilst "inbreeding" is disadvantageous, the relatively low number of negative combinations is offset by the survival of the species: it's not optimal from a biological perspective, but it is still workable.

A single man being left with 9 women in a village would be an extreme situation, but even that ensures more diversity and continued existence than 1 woman and 9 men or 1 man and 1 woman (eg Adam and Eve).

If feminism wants to use biology to support continuing male disposability without qualms, then they must also support other inconvenient biological truths such as the notion that men, being stronger than women, can take what they want from women without any qualms. However, if society believes in civilisation and ethics moderating biology for higher order outcomes such as giving women (and men) choice over sex, then it also needs to moderate male disposability and women being the only perceived option (ie holding men hostage) for male sexual fulfillment.

I strongly urge all men better acquaint themselves with the full erotic potential of men, including multiple orgasms, and following the methodology outlined on the Aneros Forum. Men are not women and anything men do is inherently masculine.

I mean, this is all debatable from a sociological perspective, but its an intellectual exercise in examining the origin of gender roles. We don’t need to repopulate a village, so there’s no need to uphold extreme gender roles or assign any sort of value to which gender is more essential to survival in todays society.

People that use that excuse have no right to participate in discussion like that. It is highly simplified and cherry picked. Sure 1 man and 9 women would repoulate faster but I bet 1 women and 9 men would have a much lower mortality rate.

Yo, so when I got out of prison, I was enrolled and on a college campus within the first week of being out. At first I wouldn’t tell anyone anything and went through great lengths to hide my ankle monitor. When I tell you the same women who were asking for my number, and trying to get extracurricular while I’m trying to write their papers would do a complete 180. And I’d didn’t have any kind of sexual contact with any of my classmates… EVER. But when they found out that they were going out of their way to try to make friends with a felon…… not all, but I definitely feel confident saying at least half, would create a hostile learning environment thinking it would keep me out of future classes…. But I’d just paroled from a California state prison where the guards had their own gang called the green wall. The Green Wall was built with Hatred, Chewing tobacco, Batons, and a can-do attitude.

I’m still on track to get a degree but boy let me tell you. If I could just do my whole degree back in prison I would. (I did 2 years was only able to complete 1 year of college while incarcerated).

Dimorphic sexual reproduction (i.e., it takes two different sexes to tango) has the disadvantage of artificially reducing birthrate by a factor of 1/2. So why has evolution not gotten rid of this adaptation? Because there are powerful advantages to it. Namely, it allows effectively filtering low-quality genes, and this is done through the male population (male genetic filter mechanism). Notice how this allows adjusting the strength of the filter by allowing more or fewer males to reproduce. Of course, a society in which only a few men reproduce has disadvantages. But nature chose males for this filter mechanism because a decrease in males does not cause a reduction in birthrates so long it is not excessive (while the reverse would cause a reduction in birthrates).

That being said, I agree with your sentiment. Males are not any more disposable than females. Anyone who thinks so is despicable.

Edit: If someone sees it as men's role to serve as disposables for the preservation of the tribe, they would also have to be ready to conscript women into pregnancy; because, surely, that is a better fate than death.

Also, 40+ year women aren't fertile anymore. That would lump them in with the "disposable" (supposedly) males.

After a war, you need men to rebuild. Men pay more in tax than they take, vice versa for women. Slaughtering all the working males is counterproductive.

One generation like that is really not a big deal, as far as the health of the village is concerned. The inbreeding concern is overblown. Look at animal husbandry to see what I mean; farm animals are way more inbred than that and farmers don't lose too many to negative traits building up.

Yes, 1 man can repopulate a village, it takes generations for inbreeding to become catastrophic. maybe this is why "journeyman" was a stage in life for nearly all trades, it ensured places that suffered a male bottleneck would be diversified. And even accepting the "one male" supposition as completely invalid (which it is only partly invalid) make it 4, 8, 16, 10% males. Our disposability is not a myth, it's biology. we just live in an Era when we need to overcome the instincts and cultural practices that are based on it because population restoration is now the least of our concerns.

The part with catastrophic inbreeding might be true, or it might not. This does not necessarily happen with animals (see Big Bird on Daphne Major on the Galapagos Islands).

Well, one man staying in a village, you get inbreeding.

But if you rotate those "lucky" men from village to village so that each child from the same mother has a different father, nobody in the next generation need to procreate with a close relative. Although their choice of partner would be limited.

I'm in no way saying we should base our moral on this. All humans are worth the same.

One thing that is also forgotten here is female disposibility. Assuming that one guy did repopulate an entire village, imagine what he would be doing with his time? Commiting to a time consuming invested relationship paying for all expenses and raising the children? No. The female is as just much loss/danger than the guy who cant girls. Also this insane focus on biological determinism as repopulation/breeding takes distracts from other very valuable parts of life/parenting like have fulfilling loving relationships.

I still think it is true to some extent, but not to the extreme of one man repopulating the whole village.
History has shown if there are only 10% of men out of the whole population, it is enough for the society to continue. (Example: Paraguay in the War of the Triple Alliance. Its prewar population of approximately 525,000 was reduced to about 221,000 in 1871, of which only about 28,000 were men.)

That being said, it's not a reason to consider men as useless and discardable. For society to works the best it is essential to care about everyone equally, whatever their gender or sexual orientation. Men are useful and, beyond pure utilitarian perspective, sensitive beings who deserve respect and care.
