Whatever absurd technical crime racists or misandrists want to punish this man for, she should also be persecuted, shamed and convicted as a lying whore. We can be sure that her initial statement to police was "muslim guy raped me", and these subtle details were found out after arrest and charges were laid.

There is also deeper corruption in the police and legal system. In addition to bias towards rape victims, women and feminist politics, there is also the corruption that once the process starts, it must continue in a way that avoids liability for negligent investigation and malicious prosecution. So plea deals are inflicted on accused instead of dropping charges. Those who caused serious distortions of the truth, where arrest wouldn't have even been made if truth was known, aren't punished.

This is amazingly retarded since the woman did what she did of her own free will and the man did not force her in any way. It happens that women regret sex and accuse the man of rape, but at the trial the women usually pretend to have been actually raped. This is the first time I have seen a woman openly admit she was not coerced and did it of her own free will, yet it still counts as rape.

Guess what retard, if you fuck someone within the first couple of hours of meeting that person, they probably aren't relationship material.

I could understand there being a case for deception, if the man had been misleading her for some time while a relationship developed.

But to fuck someone you've only just met and quite obviously do not know in the slightest is a different matter all together. I am not being a prude here, but I am being realistic. I think this raises a legitimate question. If you lie and deceive, how can sex be consensual? Ie: if you tell a woman you are a multi-millionaire, or that you aren't married, etc. you are falsely presenting yourself.

In this case, for example, the issue is probably more than just Jewish vs Palestinian. It is probably Judaism vs. Islam.

It's worth remembering that this case comes from what is one of the most pro-female legal jurisdictions in the world. Do any of you remember the recent incident where feminist groups successfully lobbied to stop Israeli legislators from making the sexual assault of a male a crime?

My point is, even though I'm sure racism had a part to play here, things are a little more complicated. Also, unlike in Arab countries, this man enjoys a right to appeal to an independent, secular court.

I'm actually curious as to why feminist groups are so powerful in Israel. Is it because men have their careers disrupted by military service? I know in Singapore, men are required to serve for three years, and then appear for training and physical fitness programmes for another 10, which really stuffs up career progression for young men. Is it a similar case in Israel? Any Israelis here?
