I've been thinking a lot about this subject and I thought I'd get some opinions from others.

Personally, I think men's rights groups should focus on the following:

  1. Men and death - seems simple right? Men die younger than women. Men are more likely to complete suicide than woman. How can we make so men can live longer, healthier, happier lives?
  2. Men are more likely to commit serious violent offenses, but we're also more likely to be victims of violent offenses. How can we change that?
  3. Divorce - This is a tough one to talk about because it's hard to get hard data, so I'm using more anecdotal evidence to argue this point. Long story short, I've never met a woman who's complained about not getting custody of her children in a divorce, but I've met many, many, many man who have.
  4. Divorce 2 - We should also take a look at how alimony is paid out or if it should be paid out at all.

That's all I can think of for now, but I'll to this list if I think of anymore. I'd love to get your responses to my points OR add your own concerns.
