An interesting conversation began in an earlier thread and I wanted some more input from other people on the sub.

It goes like this.

Imagine a world where women of color were over-represented in positions of power in the corporate and business world and controlled nearly all the hiring positions as well as representation in the federal legislative bodies. These women have for decades been hiring mostly other women of color because they believe (and rightly so) that this creates a more homogeneous workplace. They are more comfortable with people who look and act like themselves and use their positions of power to set up a system that reinforces that, with legislative power to back them up.

It is obvious that there are plenty of well qualified white males out there (myself, for example) but we get discriminated against because we are seen as too aggressive, confrontational, and competitive for the corporate workplace. We possess the skills and knowledge but cannot get our foot in the door to demonstrate our competency.

How would you denizens of PPD solve this problem in a way that is fair to all involved, as well as good for society/business?
