I need advice, from both sides of the fence, on how to live happily -- from both those who would describe themselves as red pill, and those who would not.

To begin with, I am very depressed. Life, it seems, is pretty horrible. The amazing thing is, though, as bad as it seems now, it can always get worse. I think I am allergic to existence.

I am 28 years old. I have had sex with five women.

The last time I had sex was on New Year's Eve 2013 -- so, almost 10 months ago.

Sex doesn't really make me happy. Or maybe it does, and I can't accurately judge, since I have had it so infrequently.

I am not sure -- should I devote myself to pursuing women, and sex, and see if that makes me happy? Or should I pursue being an incel mystic, deny women my precious bodily fluids...maybe I should become a modern hermit, only going out to work, and spend the rest of the time in contemplation.

Can following Red Pill make me happier? I am not sure. I don't really agree with much of their advice. Game or an alpha attitude seems like post-hoc mental masturbation -- the girl was already attracted to you, and was going to have sex with you, so whether you acted beta or alpha -- didn't matter much.

Note: I am 5'8", 157 pounds. I have taken my body about as far as I can go, naturally see picture

Is there anyone in this sub who is living a happy, celibate life, in solitude? I would like to hear from you.
