Unless every single man is an exact clone of eachother, the bar for a 10 will just be raised (even more than it already is) until we have around the same distribution of looks as we do now.

Those 10/10 ratings are ultimately subjective, so it still wouldnt be every guy can get any girl, but ultimately the norm would adjust to account for the new middle ground

Attraction is both objective and subjective. It's objective in the sense that there is a consensus that determines who is attractive and it's based on the environment, but it's subjective in the sense that it is subject to change with the environment. Naturally, that means it's not going to really change much in a short period.

I don't think there's universal 10/10's. The person Kim Kardashian would imagine when thinking of a solid 10, both in terms of looks and personality, will be very different from the person I'd imagine. Some woman's 10/10 would be someone's ''you're a fine fuck for tonight but that's it''.

Take me for example, I would never have married my ex-wife if I was, what I am now, I used to be skinny fat dude with no social skills. Now I am muscular with ability to find any woman I want. Even my ex knew that her time was over before I divorced her.

Same with woman, if she is more valuable, she will have high standards, if she is getting older her standards will reduce.

Women do NOT just evaluate men against the current crop. They also evaluate men relative to the women themselves. They evaluate men relative to absolute metrics. They evaluate men relative to historical ideals.

One of TRP's biggest errors is think that if all men became better looking by the same amount, then this would have no impact on dating. But it isn't true.

That said, all of the above factors go into the brew. But nobody has the source code on the full recipe. Relative comparisons matter, too. So if every guy were an objective 10, some things would change but some things might not. No doubt female standards would inflate some--how much is hard to know.

There's no such thing as having perfect 10/10 looks or a perfect 10/10 personality from anything other than a subjective standpoint. A man who perfectly fits one person's type will be the exact opposite of someone else's. The magic in matchmaking is finding someone who exactly, or near enough, fits your particular taste, which would actually be harder if there were all these clones running around.

this suffers from the same thing most comments and questions here suffer from: regardless of what RP tells you, women are not a monolith. We do not all find the same things attractive. my 10 may be someone else's 3 or vice versa. I know people like the idea of having one answer but there isn't one.

Women are not lying when they say they like a dad bod, or a guy who is in touch with his emotions. Other women aren't lying when they say they like a 6 pack and a man who is stoic. We each have different tastes and until men accept that, they will continue to be confused by interacting with women.

Either clothing and fashion will play a gigantic role in dating or hobbies and material possesions will be the tie breaker.

Why would you stay with someone that doesnt like the same music and series as you if you can get someone just as beatiful that does?

This question kinda doesn’t make sense bc personality and looks are subjective and what’s attractive hass varied from century to century/culture to culture. Like idk what a 10/10 across the board would even look like for me but it wouldn’t be the stereotypical football player/artist that’s in a lot of mainstream media. What people are attracted to varies lol

But in general I’d say most people’s standards adjust because of their experiences rather than preferences. Someone who dated someone financially irresponsible might avoid men who date. Someone who’s striving for sobriety might not want a partner who drinks casually etc.

My standards have raised slightly after each partner. Typically whatever reason we broke up ends up becoming a new dealbreaker for me.

Basically the worse the last guy I dated was the harder it is to get me to commit again/give someone the time of day.

If every man was a 10, women would find other things to separate men like status and money.

It would change, not that women would be more excited about playing the field, save for a very short time. They would put more effort into locking down a particular guy. The “entertain me, boy” dynamic would vanish.

Source: it’s kinda what happens in pools of eligible folks aged 30+, where the women are still attractive but know what they want in a guy and/or are more open about it.

I think if all men were reasonably fit, had good dentofacial development, and were at least reasonably tall (5'10"+) then women would probably be attracted to more men on average. The overnight change would take decades to get used to. The guys on here claiming it wouldn't change anything are not thinking clearly.
