I guess, this is about gender wars mostly.

A decade ago, when I was much more idealistic and optimistic, I thought, that it is possible.

* Build a community that rejects radicals and values moderation in views: someone on the other side that is willing to talk, understand and compromise is much more valuable, than someone on your side that is overly zealous.

* Reject talks about privilege, oppression, who is more and less oppressed. Speak of specific issues, not about who is more systemically oppressed.

* You views should be mirror resistant. No "nuance" or "past history of oppression" can justify double standards.

* Instead of hoping to heal all people from hatred, let the group grow naturally and attract people, this should be appealing for people tired from hatred. Grow like a crystal.

This all looks nice, but not feasible. Things must go much worse before it goes better. Women and men will inevitably hate each other more and more, so separation is the obvious damage control. If this is inevitable - just live our lives separately and don't bother each other. Less contacts - less hatred

Before we ask how, we should ask why. To what end would we create a world where everyone doesn't hate each other? Most people's problems do not stem from being hated. Seems like a misallocation of time and effort to focus on reducing hate.

Because capitalism profits of alienation and antagonising. Algorithms are designed for engagement. Engagement is designed to be addictive. Profit can be made.

Prioritise community and unity above profit. Hard to do in a our current society where the elite profits of the hatred. I assume once we run out of food and start starving we might get to a revolution. Or we just sit at home and keep blaming each other until we die. I'm curious to see what happens first.

Bring back freedom of association. Not everyone is compatible, not everyone will like eachother, but by forcing people to interact regardless you only breed resentment.

The real answer is to have ingroup loyalty you need an outgroup. The outgroup does not need to be other humans, or even a "group" at all; the outgroup can be an idea or a struggle. If for example, Hostile Extraterrestrials were en-route, 400 years away like in the 3-Body-Problem novels, a lot of social issues would just fall out.

You think we can “love” one another while fighting for scraps in this shit society built on the backs of other people? I don’t think it works that way. Wish it did.

Who benefits from this current system? Those are the “everyone” that does the things you listed.

The answer is you don't. The only thing equal is inequality. Where there is inequality there will always be hatred. People want what others have, or they want more the never ending desire will always keep the hatred alive. Read any book or media there is no society or culture where people are devoid of hatred willingly. It's a concept even the fictional stories can't comprehend.
