I went to a high school full of girls like this. Sometimes, full school days of everyone's time were wasted because one gang member would say something in a slightly wrong tone and offend another gang member.

It even would be so bad that the building would go on lockdown and we'd have to stay in our classrooms for much longer than the class period.

Strange. I personally work at a catholic school doing IT here in Australia, and the usual way to deal with students acting like this is to threaten to call their parents/have them suspend. This normally diffuses the situation, and if it becomes any worse then the principal is called down or an assistant principal.

Sure, the student was being an extremely rude bitch, but the fact that the teacher continued to berate her really shows how poorly he handled this situation. I also think the argument that he was acting in self defense is poor too, any teacher that is competent at their job wouldn't have reacted that way after a book is thrown at them.I feel as though he will lose his job after this video gains traction.

Reminds me of a girl i went to highschool with, she was ( still is ) a proper cunt, she got called a dumbass by a teacher and her parents demanded an apolegy from the teacher.

But just look at this specimen's sense of entitlement. She told her TEACHER to fuck off multiple times, this would get me ( a white cishet man ) into a fuck ton of trouble ( and i know this because i have told teachers to fuck off in my hs years, yes i know i'm quite the ruffian, and it would at least get me an hour of detention ) but the moment the teacher calls her a dumbass, which in itself isn't even that insulting unless you're so insecure about your own intellegence that someone questioning your intellegence sends you off into a state of retardation and rage, she goed off the deep end and physically attacks her teacher.

I can only recall one instance of a student attacking a teacher at my old high school ( which is relatively big for the area, 2000+ students ) and he got expelled and even got arrested and went to our country's version of juvie. Really immature reaction by the sub. He should have known better than to get into a petty, unwinnable argument with a teenage girl. He tried way too hard to "win" the argument and resorted to name calling, stooping below even her level of simple dismissal. The only way he wins that argument is to let her say "fuck off" and put her head down, because at least that way she stays in class and might actually learn something. Then she had to go overreacting and throwing things at him, but he still didn't react the way he should have. Defensive contact only is a good rule to follow when being attacked by a student, but he barely even got hit by the thing she threw, and he still chose to go full offensive and grab the girl by the head. He should probably be fired for this, honestly. Classroom management is everything for a substitute, and this guy clearly can't handle it.
