I have a plate, who is hot, compliant and good to spend time with.. Also, she is a social butterfly and knows a lot of guys. She has said to me that she only sleeps with one man at a time, and at the moment thats me, and she has said without prompting that its Ok for me to sleep with other women.

This sounds all well and good, and an ideal scenario, however, I have a lurking suspicion that by saying this, she is giving herself a "free pass" should anything "just happen" when she is out.

What do you guys think? Is she just a generous person (ha!), or lining up a "free pass"?

I REALLY, struggle with conversations. I'm fit, attractive, pleasant and new to TRP ive reaf sidebar stuff but whenever someone starts a conversation with me I get nervous and clam up.

I know that part of conversation is leading an interesting life...i play guitar, I go dancing, I read, I suppose my life is maybe a little boring but even when I do different things, I don't have much to say about it.

This is my kryptonite. No matter how far I go, my conversational skills just destroy my confidence. I actually don't even enjoy talking to people because I'm so bad at it. I really want to be a good, competent conversationalist but I can't figure it out.

Any advice would be amazing guys.

Recently I was having drinks with a girl after we got off work, and she began to shit-test me about my height.

I'm not exactly short (5'9" - short for a man, but taller than most women), and I didn't really know what a good counter was for this situation. It shook my frame, tbh. Even though I thought that this wasn't an insecurity of mine, apparently it is.

I decided to use the "ignore" method and moved on with the conversation, but I want a good "Agree and Amplify" or possibly a way to flip it back on her.

How do those of us who had a Father, albeit a somewhat blue one, view the relationship that we have with him after taking the pill?

On the one hand, I now realize even more how lucky I was to have a father figure in my life, and I think if you believe in the concept of a patriarchy, you ought to treat him as the leader.

I understand the idea that you shouldn't marry. However, if i want to pass on my genes than being in a stable marriage would be most beneficial to my children. Jordan Peterson roughly said that once children are born, the marriage isn't about you, it exists for the health of the children. With this logic you should either never have children and fail biology's goal or get married which is a huge risk. What should a man do.

Is there ever a point when you need to take a break?

I have been going through cancer stuff for the past few months, and luckily, only a few months longer. But my confidence as a human and my ambitions and everything have just crumbled because of my condition.

I know this is just a funk, but I have no energy in any regard like I used to and feel like I have to just submit to what I have no control over for the time being and get back into the swing of things when I have more control of my life. I just recently fumbled and dropped a potential plate because I was being too BP and beta ish. If I wasn't red pilled I'd be flummoxed because I'd be trying to figure out 1. what was she's thinking and 2. what did I do wrong? Well thats easy, I wasnt confident enough around her. As much as I agree with plenty of ideas shared here, there are few that don't make much sense to me. First: I've seen quite a lot of guys equaling SMV with physical attractiveness/youth only. This ain't working for me, I'd rather have sex with a smart, outspoken 7 than stupid 9, because sex can take an hour or two and other than you need to talk. And I hate small talk with stupid people without their own opinions.

If it comes to LTR or even spending a weekend/vacation, also I prefer girls who have their own world, and are like: "I've seen/I've heard/I've read this and that and I want you to see it too". It's really cool with the girls who are artists, musicians or geeks in their field that this kind of relationship can make also me grow. I'd hate to have someone who's all value is in housekeeping and giving a good blowjob - I'd get bored pretty quickly.

As someone who reads self-improvement / information based books, goes to the gym regularly and reads this subreddit. I generally am seeking to better myself. However this focus on self-improvement often finds its way into my conversations with girls. I get the vibes that its not really ideal to talk about Ekhart Tolle, stoicism etc in front of a girl.
