Still to this day can't decide if woman gas light on purpose or are just all crazy delusional. Reguardless they all do it.

However, I will say that I got lucky once. I confronted my suspected cheating hoe bag, but when she tried to play smarter I caught her. She tried to play "too smart", such that her behavior was out of character for her typical ditzy demeanor.

Ex. Suddenly making up a friend or reconnecting with an "old friend" that you've never heard of before. They see each other after class every tuesday and frequent group projects. You know damn well she doesn't have any fucking friends or the inclination to regularly help with group projects.

If you are being accused of being insecure, or you're being yelled at or cast down for bringing up something sketchy or unfair, then you're probably right in your gut feeling.

If you're wrong you'll usually get reassurance and proof.

Gaslighting is emotional abuse. All of us have experienced it. Most of the time unknowingly. It is too easy to fall for it and it has always worked for the perpetrator.

Withholding evidence is insanely hard. But it's the right move. You just have to give up your sunken costs and move on once the lies begin. It's not our job to save these girls. If they act honest and are loyal then I'm OK with giving them long term commitment. But that's not been what I've experienced.

This is all designed to deflect. An honest conversation is calm A dishonest conversation involves endless deflections that are just infuriating. If you're not getting straight "yes" and "no" answers, she's lying, especially if they are accusatory and deflecting.

On the never admitting the cheating thing I can personally vouch. I recently caught my ex gf with all the evidence except the smoking condom. She will not concede that she slept with someone else. Trust your gut and move on.

I feel like women gaslight not only in an attempt to convince yourself that you're wrong/imagining it, but also to convince themselves and their friends that they are in the right. I also think they don't even do it consciously.

Here's my definition of gas lighting: Patently denying something that is obviously true and then flipping the situation in a way that makes the accuser seem crazy for even launching the accusation.

I didn't know there is a term for this, even though my wife is the world's foremost expert.

I actually don't think they are lying to others with conscious intent. Rather, they are lying to themselves to uphold the false image and truly believe that they are telling others "the truth."

The number of times I made this mistake with my ex was unimaginable. My frustrating realization is that the more effort you put into discussing what's wrong in the relationship, the less attracted she is to you. You put dozens of hours into discussing ways to fix things, and you don't get anywhere.

If instead, you give her less attention, be positive around her, instill (some) dread, she'll be after you like a little puppy. Most women (and all women you realistically want to date) just respond to emotion, trying to have rational discussion is fruitless and a waste of time/energy.

It's sad because craving being proven wrong (because you are learning and correcting a false belief, make the experience of realizing you are wrong a great feeling of further enlightenment) and being willing to take responsibility for your fuck ups removes a ton of stress from your life and makes decent people respect you.

However, most women will never experience this and you have to be very guarded in how you express that part of yourself because folks will try to use it against you.

I see this a lot on the MRP sub. Guys want "proof" and they're constantly shifting the goal posts for what constitutes that. "Okay, she texted him nudes... but I don't have proof the fucked." etc etc.

If you even have to question it, that is grounds for a downgrade and investigating things is just wasted effort for something you already know.

Maybe I am inexperienced but I dumped my ex gf of over a year over he blatant lies and never admitting to the truth of things which seems so obvious. I thought she had compulsive lying or something. She would chat with guys online, recieve dick pics and claim they were just friends. Shit like this.

In the most general sense the Blue Pill mythology is itself a type of Gaslighting.

I know that when I was a child (50 years ago) I actually believed that the adult world was telling me truthful things.

Now as an old man (55) I know that everything is deception within the Blue Pill mythology which is designed to mislead me.

Power is gained by the rulers when you are in the dark.

The Dark Luciferian worldview which defines the Globalist Tyranny is based on this core realization.

When the rulers know the truth and you are in the dark they have power.

Freedom as a society is when everyone sees the truth... when there is no Blue Pill for anyone and trying to create propaganda (Gaslighting) is made impossible by things like a truly free press.

I was reading just now about when the ancient Jews rejected Baal worship... for them that was a decision to reject the Dark Luciferian view in favor of the truth. It was choosing 777 over 666. This was similiar to Sufi Islam relative to the original Islam.

Part of the reason the Neo-Nazi's stir up anti-Jewish memes is to distract from the true Dark Luciferians. (I suspect a high percentage are fake... just pretending in order to stir up race wars)

The real "bad guys" are in the Globalist Tyranny. (can be any race outside the core bloodlines)

So these themes repeat over and over throughout history... only a small number of us ever fully understand and usually you don't grasp any of this until you are old like me.

This is done because it's an easy mental out if they're confronted but there doesn't happen to be conclusive and irrefutable evidence. The thought process is along the lines of "He has no proof that I cheated, he's crazy and controlling. This is abusive, I'm in an abusive situation etc." as she's gathering the used condoms from your bed.

One of the things I see all the time on TRP is calling out women for "Hamstering", but everyone does it. Everyone rationalizes behaviour they know is wrong. Now, I'll say there are more men than women that are willing to accept their failings and chose to not rationalize, able to stand strong and say "I fucked up", but that's not the default.

Having said that, women are much, much more committed to hamstering and gas lighting.

Women, much more than men, anchor so much of their self worth in the public perception of them and their reputation. A woman is more terrified of the social stigma of being caught doing something wrong (ie: an affair) and how that marks them. This is especially true outside large cities. Because of that, it's vitally important she protect her image by controlling the narrative, that means denying the plainly obvious and turning it back on their accuser.

It's not that they're trying to get away with it exactly, they're trying to dress it in the best light possible for the wider community.

My STB EX was caught by me having an affair. It's clear she was sleeping with this guy from her work (also married), and I have enough circumstantial evidence that it would amount to a conviction if tried in court. What I don't have is I never caught him balls deep in her.

Because I lack that, she's;

Made it my fault because [insert random event 3 years ago that happened once].
When confronted with the evidence/phone records/texts/timelines/etc....and threatened to bring this to her boss and this OM's wife, she actually went as far as to accuse me of suffering from mental illness and threatened to call my employer and tell them as much. Fun fact, I have a high responsibility job with a high level of regular medical oversight including mental wellness assessed every 6 months. When I pointed that out to her and explained the downside of slander & libel should she do that with no clear evidence, that threat disappeared.

My point is, they all do it because it's vitally important for women, much more than men, to control the public perception. When my STB ex understood the level of evidence I had against her, her BIGGEST concern wasn't the marriage, wasn't the house, wasn't the two young children. Her BIGGEST concern was who I've told, who might know, and if I'd tell her boss.

That's why women gaslight.

Clearest example of gaslighting I can remember is when I suspected my ex of cheating, so I told her I didn't want her getting rides home from work w/ this dude she had been riding w/, she blew up and then started asking about some girl who said "It was good to see you!" on my facebook. The girl in question was an ex co-worker who was like 300 pounds. The dude giving my girlfriend (who was about a 7) was an ex-marine, jacked up bouncer dude she worked w/.

We all know how this played out.

Maybe they wouldn't accuse you of being crazy and controlling if you didn't monitor their social media accounts to make sure they're really sleeping when they say they are. Plenty of people check social media as they're falling asleep.

My theory is this: women used to be able to survive only if they were not guilty of any wrongdoing. Life was a lot harsher for everyone, but women have not usually been specifically targeted for a kill by other humans.

Rival tribes would kill the men but keep the women. The women who would pose a threat and/or were dangerous would only be killed off. They also had to be in good terms with all the other women so they don't get thrown under the bus.

So, basically, don't stand out, don't make a decision you could be blamed for, don't accept any guilt. Be friendly to everyone, because you don't know who is going to be the next enemy. Stay alive. That's their program. AWALT does make sense if you look at it from the genes's perspective. The strong, honest and reliable women are not in the gene pool.

Don't blame the players, blame the game. This game is called life. Stay amoral.
