Pharmacist here and on self-administered TRT... this is a thorough effort and many points are valid, however lots of claims are not or are irrelevant. I bet you have sources for them, well let me tell you most studies are piss poor. You also seem to focus a lot on total testosterone levels when what actually matters is SHBG production in the liver (which food definitely impacts). Your total T levels can mean jack shit if your free t is in the tank. Conversely your total T might be low-ish but good levels of free T and estradiol can make you feel awesome. You also don't talk about hormones such as DHT and estradiol which are probably even more important than simple T. Take home point is the HPTA is very easy to disrupt and I wouldn't want to mess up with homeostasis for short term improvements.

People should get bloods before spending a bunch of time trying potentially counter productive (and expensive) habits. Get total and free testosterone, ultrasensitive estradiol, and SHBG. Get TSH, free t3 and free t4. DHEA-S, DHT maybe. ACTH and cortisol. Ferritin, vitamin D. Obviously lipids, CBC, CMP, it never hurts. Prolactin is also a good way to gauge dopamine levels. Most of the time everything should be just fine = keep on living a sufficiently healthy life.

I'd recommend discountedlabs/privatemdlabs (15% off using the code RHINO if this is still valid) to get this done, unless your doctor is willing to get them for you. It's quite a bit of money but then you're set.

I've read just about everything I could find online about increasing T, and your post here pretty much sums it up.

Curious - The guide that you're marketing on your website, does it mention herbal "T boosters" at all? I've tried them without much success. Some of the T boosters had a positive effect on my libido, but absolutely none on my T levels.

Most “testosterone boosters” are useless. Examples of popular ones that are a waste of your money are:

Maca

Dude Maca gets me super horny and makes me blow huge loads. It also helped my ex with period cramps so there might be some hormonal effect after all.

Might not raise T but it definitely ups my libido and semen volume.

I also recommend ginger, ginseng and cordyceps. Not sure if they raise T at all but they increase my libido and overall well being.

Can confirm zinc as well (don't take it on an empty stomach though).

I lift a lot these days. I read somewhere your T level goes up a lot after an intense session. I observed that 4-5 lifting sessions a day + nofap made me so aggressive I was actually punching the walls and screaming in savage rage. No kidding. And I am 29 not a 16 yo kid.

Actually I was considering TRT as I am going to enter my 30s but I do not see the point now. Maybe from 35 onwards. But yeah, LIFT LIFT LIFT AND LIFT.

Be pragmatic about those testosterone booster aliments. E.g. beet (missing in the list, Russian viagra) and garlic (Spanish viagra) works well on me but for whatever reason spinach is like kryptonite.

It took a few months to understand something supposedly increasing testosterone actually decrease it on me.

I've tried multiple testo boosting supplements and the only one that worked was a fenugreek extract. It's called Testo Charge. I think it's designed for older people because they said take 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening. LH and FSH don't travel through the spine. They're released into the blood stream. The pituitary is technically outside the brain.

The rest of this is mainly fluff. Eat well, exercise, drink in moderation, and if you're that worried about your hormone levels see an endocrinologist. Don't self diagnose or self treat, unless you want your testes to stop working.
