I'm a 23 university student that has grown up liking sports. I have periods where i'm obsessed with Premier League. Then that got boring and I started following the NHL and knew like every player in the whole league and advanced stats. Then that got boring and I got really involved in the NBA and learned everything about the sport there is to know almost. Then I started with baseball... and so on. It has always been a background hobby that gave fucking nothing. Or actually, it actually gave me knowledge about something a lot of people like, so I can bond with at least something.

Yesterday, I was watching NBA stats and who I'll think win a ring. And then I was just like, I don't fucking care. I don't fucking care anymore, if fucking Golden State wins or Rapåtors win. It doesn't affect my life anything. I care about shit that don't matter. I don't give a shit about the Golden Knights or the Dodgers. I deleted everything I could think of that was related to sports. theScore, fantasy shit, all million youtube channels and facebook pages. Fucking cancer. I realized I used sports to fucking escape reality. Now I feel like a big fucking stone has fallen from my shoulders. So much time and energy to focus on my career. To care about me. It's time to up and go now. Following sports is like following the WWE. It's for kids.
