PROS:

Started back at BJJ. I fucking love it. Im at the stage now where I am no longer getting tapped all the time.
Been consistently training Tai. Bought a han bo and I am learning new techniques
A bitch is chasing me. She's trying her best to make me jealous and it doesn't even register. I can read her like a book she is the definition of the female archetype.
Im slowly losing fat. Abs are starting to show. One of my fat mates is now giving me shit about being too lite ( crab bucket mentality)
Haven't been drinking as much lately

CONS:

Work is building up. I need to manage my time better.
Not sleeping good at night - tasing and turning. Im waking up tired
Need to spend money more wisely. Im eating out too often.

The good:

-took the post about having a full calendar to heart and started using google calendar on my phone. I lift every other day so on my off days I’m aiming to get in one professional development, one skill development and one social event per week. Using meetup.com to find such activities

-taking at least some action every day to find a new job

-planning a month log trip overseas for this summer

The bad:

-regressed a bit in my lifts after being sick and injuring myself trying to come back too fast

-I’m genetically predisposed to anxiety and that’s been kicking in after a breakup with a girl I’d been seeing for a bit. Thrown off my sleep and mental health quite a bit

Health/Work:

I restarted my life tracking spreadsheet. I use the S.P.E.C.I.A.L. system as my base measures of personal development. - google it , it will seem silly but it's actually really well rounded way to track your individual growth.

Hitting the gym properly(no 30 min quick sessions but the full 1H/1.5H) again for the first time in like 3 weeks after finals.

Started habitify again to track daily habits

Done school for like a year at least to start my business, if it goes well/builds momentum probably not going back unless I get a kick/desire to earn a PHD for the love of the field.

All new diet plan is on its way-just need to buy everything on the list.

Mental:

I've learned how to truly feed off haters/enemies/failures- Its really an incredible superpower & Im so happy.

Owning up that everything in my life is my fault-in a good way though.

Curated my twitter feed(no bullshit) & music collection for classics like sinatra, some hype/workout rap, Im new to alternative metal like Hammerfall or PowerWolf, & Classical music for quiet work.

Reading Rollos work and making a list of questions I have or creating examples in real life of all the theories & rules he explains playing out in the real world. Really helps solidify and internalize the truth.

Bad habit:

I used to be a heavy gamer and one genre I always stayed away from was RPGs but a friend sucked me into one called the witcher 3 because of how great it is. Its a really good game but today is the the day where I have only 1-2 missions to go until I finish the entire story including DLCs.

It was great and I kept my playing moderate and didnt let it influence anything else in my life But...

THAT IS THE LAST TIME I WILL EVER PLAY A 106+ HOUR RPG. When I saw that number on the screen for me I was flipping shit. Totally worth the experience and to be be fair this was 106 hours over the course of 6-8 months cause of how slow I play.

But never again, im packing up my xbox after this.

Follow up from the last week, I get shit done, no excuses.

Went to gym mon-thurs today I'm cleaning my house and it's comparable to the state when I've moved in.

Sorted my house, Sorted my thoughts. Got inv for better job interview, reading at least 2h a day. Need to prepare.

Full monk mode, first I'll improve myself. Girls will come when I got my shit right, no time for girls and bs drama rn.

Neg I'm so busy that I don't have time to cook, and sleep so went fast-food dinners this week.

I fucked up so much before, that it will keep me busy for the rest of the next year to get things in order, but got some plan in my head and it's fucking motivating getting closer, step by step..

Ps. Got a mirror and everyday am looking myself in the eyes and asking if it's who I want to be after seeing the post about the mirror guy.

Neutral:

NoFap (PMO) I feel is causing me to look at women in a more 'realistic' manner instead of just sexualizing them. I believe this reduces anxiety regarding escalation due to not pedestalizing them so much.
I cannot say I have found 'my mission', but I've finally got a project I can be creative with and could bare some fruit in the mid-/long-run. Just having this 'mission' is allowing thoughts to bounce around my mind now-and-again, and I've found that, if I ever find myself dwelling on my lack of sex, or thinking about an ex or whatever, I can sometimes replace those thoughts with thoughts about my mission. It's a useful way to ground myself throughout the days.

Positive:

More gym PRs.
Haven't binged so far this week.
Found project I can work on in my spare time. I'm hoping that this can become my 'mission' for an undetermined amount of time. I've found this has given me some sense of direction for the time being and I feel my frame will naturally grow stronger if I have my mind set on something like this.
Selling more clothing than I'm buying by a fair amount. Just as well since I'm moving house in less than a month.

Not picked up my guitar this week.

Finished a few audiobooks. The one that really stood out to me was "Extreme Ownership" by Jocko Willink. Has a lot of good pointers on leadership from a real alpha dude that I respect a lot. Certain things that while he may not have known it when writing it is about shaking off little beta mentalities whether it's jealousy, defensiveness, or fingerprinting and about taking full accountability of things.

I'm also jumping on the minoxidil train for the beard gains, hahaha. Hopefully a little designer stubble does something for my sort of babyfaced appearance. I'm pretty lean and have a good build and have a strong jaw, but still get confused for being 18 and am actually 21. Adds quite a bit to a mans appearance in my opinion.

Also now on the process of starting my own personal training business. I was at a commercial gym for a while, but decided I could give a much better service and be a lot happier working for myself. Things are starting off pretty good and already have recognition built up, now I have to type up a really good business plan and start marketing online to add to the clients I already have. I just got my motorcycle license, so when this business kicks off and is more stable I'll be able to get the motorcycle without any problems.

Things are going pretty well in general. My appearance is improving, and I'm gaining a little more and more autonomy or sovereignty in my life and moving forward.

In addition to Stronglifts Mon, Wed, Fri I've added "Running From My Gay thoughts" cardio. About 3 miles on Tue and Thurs.

I really like the running. I can just turn it all off and focus on my muscles and thoughts. Thoughts like "No one owes me anything, so I'll take it". Those kinds of things.

Got a guitar about a month ago and have been working on the major scales (And some popular songs) a couple of hours a day most days. It makes me happy.

I had my first date (since my last LTR) with a chick my age, downtown sushi place--ice cream--drinks kind of date. I focused on having fun (not her)and saying the first (snarky, sarcastic) thing that popped into my head. She drove me home hammered, and made breakfast in the morning without a word.

Life is good.

I was at the bus stop and who should come along but my oneitus who had ignored me and avoided me after I asked her out. She looked at me and I stared for a second, straight-faced, and then ignored her without a word. Out of the corner of my eye I saw her stare for a few more seconds, then she scurried off to get on the bus. Oneitus-crush broken!

In my new apartment, quarters came missing from the top of my mini-fridge. I knew it was either my roommate or his girlfriend. I was dreading it, but the next time I saw him I told him that quarters had come missing from my room and without an argument he asked how many I needed and brought me the missing amount. I then heard him yelling at his girlfriend in Korean. He wouldn't look me in the eye for the rest of the day. I didn't pussy out and I didn't lose my temper. I've tended to do one or the other in the past.

Edit: I have failed to not eat junk food and soda this week. It is the first week of summer after spring semester of college, so I've been a bit lax. It's time to change that. No more shitty food.

Background I’m going through LTR breakup with my unicorn 2-3 weeks ago, I’ve read here before often but haven’t posted much nor applied much other than shit tests n such.

Pros: Lifting is consistent and feeling great, I’m doing PHAT and I’m loving it so far. I’ve done this in the past so nothing special but post breakup as made me kill the PR game and incorporate more cardio and abs. I love doing it for the fucking rush of it for the feeling I used to get.

My diet is solid I’m down 18 pounds(168->150) I’m trying to do IF but mainly just doing a calorie def of about 750-100. Getting down to 140 as 5’7” then gonna clean bulk up.

Major Pro is that my emotions are in check, I’m not begging my ex to come back and I’ve been no contact. I’ve unfollowed her but haven’t defriend or block so I don’t seem butthurt. To be honest I thought I’d be broke and I had a couple low days but I feel good. I know my worth and I am so fucking confident that when I chose to I’ll be drown in bitches.

Cons: I still have bitter feelings about my breakup mostly at myself for not being able to end it on my terms. I have only myself to blame but it feels shitty to not have had the last word. I do still hope she texts me so I can be the one to reject her but those feelings are childish and I hope to get over them soon.

I’m still not being as efficient with my time, I daydream about bitching out my ex etc. I’ve realized my ego is damaged here, but it is getting better day by day. I’m studying for a huge exam so this has been a major distraction, but I’m pulling extra hours to make up for it.

My fapping increased but I’ve read recently about nofap because of this thread actually. Today has been the first day so hopefully next week is better. I know this won’t last but I’m gonna try to keep it strong.

While consulting a male friend about my relationship he opened up to me how his feelings, I realized he was far more BP than I. I tried to explain some things but didn’t seem like I was making any headway. It really helped me put shit into perspective cause I know I was that guys 6-8 years ago.

I can honestly say I’m really proud of myself for how I’ve acted these last three weeks. I owe a lot to this sub mainly reading others experiences to know that my circumstance is nothing special. To know that its ok to have emotions and how to process them correctly was a major help.

Positives:

Found a good job, that I want to apply to, already wrote my CV. I am quite convinced, they will hire me.
Making good progress in my diploma thesis, finally after months of work I am seeing the finish line.
Started going to the gym regularly again. I find myself not going to the gym whenever I have a bit more stress.

Negatives:

I still procrastinate sometimes. I need to improve my efficiency when it comes to working. I am aiming at 80-85% (=time spent on working/learning/improving myself that I would otherwise waste away by gaming/movies/youtube...), which I believe to be realistic.
Still working on my abundance mentality. It's though entering a relationship completely BP (happy to finally have a gf, that was approximately 1 year ago), then coming across TRP and seeing all my mistakes layed down for me.
Have to go to the gym even more consistently, still haven't set up a strict plan for workouts.

Positives:

Officially went out sarging and now going to the field will be part of my weekly schedule. Lost 2 more kgs! Got very, very appreciated and paid high compliments and marks for my project (college paper). Ironically on feminist legal history. Getting back to the gym after my leg injury. Realised that smoking, while harmful and should be controlled, is not central to my mission, and as long as I keep it under control (no more than 2-3 a day, never before working out), I'm ok with it Getting better at holding frame and IDGAF, a real problem for someone like me with OCD

Negatives: Still masturbating to pornography. For a quick release when you don't have a woman handy, it's fine, but making it an everyday or regular thing is harmful. Porn really results in pedastalizing women, as the only value they are providing is their body. If I'm going to be masturbating from now on, which I will be cutting back on, then it'll be to the spank bank.

Side note: I think I should make my schedule and life too busy with work and social activities to feel the need to masturbate or think about it unless super-required.

Realised I got one-itis for a girl who I would otherwise have made a plate and became an orbiter . Messed up an otherwise sure thing for myself. Blocked her out of my life for now

Weight loss is my main focus right now but I also got some new ideas for my business. Last night played basketball with some chinese college students, one who is a business contact. Hadnt shot a ball in 20 years so felt fucking awesome and goddamn im sore!

Positive: Went out 5 times this week , socialised got a few numbers gave mine out. Put down my phone for a few days to clear my head and get a bit of distance. Meditated daily and did my supplementary core workout every day. Studied a lot. Extremely good Diet (0% processed foods , fresh and healthy)

Negatives: drank alcohol every single day in an extreme manner. went out sober and felt like falling back 5 years on my socialisation skill. Where im normally talking to everyone dancing and having fun this time i just sat there and smoked cigs and went home early. Just felt kind of depressed/melancholic

Missed 2 workouts due to extreme alcoholic debauchery

fucked my ex / talking to her from time to time (She seems to be chasing but i think its just a way for her to get some attention/reassurance that shes still good enough for me)

Outlook: I swore myself to not drink for a month. Which will be an interesting challenge for someone that drinks very heavily (almost daily). I have to approach more women and have a better mindset. I usually know when shes attracted to me but pussy out afterwards with excuses like : Ima smoke a cig for a second , I´ll just talk to a mate he just came in blablabla where i could just tke the bitch to a corner and kiss or whatever .

I have been working out and on myself for a while now but I never felt like I made gains until yesterday. I’m always around the gym bodies at my gym or boxers and BJJ practitioners at my academy but yesterday I went camping and man it was crazy. We went to a public beach which was essentially a sawed off portion of a lake where a bunch of people were and this was my first time in a while being in an area where 6 packs weren’t the norm. Instead beer bellies, ugly teeth, unhygienic men were all around. Even now I’m not considered super jacked but I felt like I was levels above them. Unfortunately there weren’t any quality women to game but I can’t complain
