I put it to you, that my personal preference for slim women is not derived from prejudice or ignorance, but the exact opposite.

Now that I think about it, that's pretty true. There are some women who are overweight who are somewhat attractive. Not many, but a few. But if I actually think about having a relationship with them (which is what they want, not necessarily what I want), I wouldn't want to date a women who lives the type of lifestyle that makes them overweight.

I don't exercise enough as it is, what would it be like if I was dating a woman who can't go to the grocery store without running out of breath? Or wants to eat all the time?

Besides, fat girls have it way better than fat guys. I see skinny guys dating fat girls all the time, but I can only think of one time I saw a fat guy dating a skinny girl (and even then, the guy wasn't near as big as this woman).

However being fat isn't always a character flaw.

I recently lost 65 pounds. I didn't gain the weight because I was lazy or had a character flaw. I'm insulin resistant. I can't process Sugar or Carbs properly. That's what caused the weight gain.

It's a huge issue for a LOT of people. It took me 10 years to figure out what the real problem was.

I have a lot of empathy for fat people. IMO - Most of the time, it's not entirely their fault.

However... Fat IS Unattractive.

No shame in knowing what you want and trying to get it.

Yes. There's many things I conceal or euphemise for the sake of reputation maintenance in the public sphere, however my taste in women is not one of them. Some chubby and I literally mean chubby, not OBESE but a little over weight.. and I literally mean little, not the 200lb 5'1 girl who considers that to be "overweight" can look quite hot with the extra fat, I hate rake thin girls too, as long as she looks healthy that's all that matters. A rake thin girl does not look healthy, a woman with a car tire and back fat that hangs down to cover her ass crack does not look healthy. I don't even give a shit if despite all that weight she is healthy, if she doesn't LOOK HEALTHY then my dick ain't getting hard.

Don't be ashamed of your own preferences, grow some backbone, a dating website is like ANY OTHER MARKETPLACE, whether in business or in dating STATE WHAT YOU EXPECT and give as little as possible to get your demands met, that way you profit the most. Finance 101, supply and demand. Demand what you want and supply at the least expense to yourself what's needed to get it. Obesity due to overeating is just as serious as having health problems due to a drug addiction, in my opinion, and furthermore it's a red flag of emotional problems in the person's life. Obesity / drug addictions aren't emotional problems directly; they're symptoms of the real emotional problems.

And it's ridiculous that society says you shouldn't find someone unattractive for being overweight (which is in their control), even though it's perfectly fine to be unattracted to someone who is unintelligent (which is not in their control).

If women can refuse to date me because I am not 6' tall, you can bet your ass I won't be dating anyone who has too much body fat. They can change their weight, I can't grow taller. If they can discriminate, I can too.

That being said, I have female friends who are large, I still fuck them because they are friends, they like the way I do it, and often they aren't getting it anywhere else. They know up front I won't be dating them, really not dating anyone no matter what the look like, yet they come back again and again.

Additionally, I help them change their lifestyle, eat healthier, raise their self esteem, and build their self confidence so they can lose weight and have a better life. I know what works and how to go about improving those areas, so we work on it together.

My attraction is with women who are in shape, look healthy, and have a fit body. All it takes is effort, if you want a better looking person on your arm, be a better looking person.

I agree with another poster who said dating a fat chick can be like dating a smoker. I'd be forced to deal with a person who can't keep up with my physical activity, will probably die before me, and will cause even more health problems for themselves, plus me because they will probably want me to adapt to their lifestyle.
