Before was 6'0" 191lbs. After is 174ish pounds.

Been lifting for about 6 months. Doing PPL 6 days since January. Still have a lot of work to do but I'm happy with the progress I've made so far. Not nearly as good as you other guys but hey...gotta start somewhere.

Which body type was most successful with women?

I know that GoodLookingLoser started to get rejected and women were afraid of him in the 6'2" 240lb+ range and did better with a lean athletic body type. He was approached in the 180-195 range.

the sample you get will be skewed. the only people that are going to come in here and post their numbers are people who are proud of them.

Im 5"11 too. Im 22, currently 185, exact body type you have in 2014. at my biggest I was 195 (last year).

My goal is 200 pounds, ~10%-15% body fat, 1200 point club, then maintain with more focus on martial arts, flexibility, and a little cardio.

I got these goals from man of steel.

You werent satisfied with your 2013 body? man when I was 193, (same body as you), I felt like a fucking king. I would look in the mirror and just start grinning. walk by couples on campus and some guys would get visibly uncomfortable. complements, attention in the bar etc.

What do you want? i feel like at our height 200 lbs with nice abs is a perfect body. I legitimately looked better than many guys in ads for supplements! even the body dysmorphia went away. I finally thought I was big enough to stop bulking so hard.

Op, or anyone really, how long did it take for you guys to bulk up to the ideal weight you wanted to be at before cutting?

Rn im 19 155lbs with 14% BF, yeah i know its small compared to you guys but i started off skinny. Besides the question at the top, whats a good way to bulk with a fast metabolism? Ik it might be seen as an excuse but i legitimately have a fast metabolism that the doctor said would slow down once i hit around 24, so i had to work around it and thats the best i could do so far. Been working out for a year.

I'm a guy in his 20s that has never felt any appeal to gymnastics, working out or physical sports. I'm not fat or anything, my weight is quite normal. As I've been striving for personal improvement a lot in the last year, this area is the only one I can't seem to get to. Needs for a better physique become more and more apparent to me every day, so I really need some help with this one. Anyone? :/
