So been on the MRP for 4 years. Benching 200lbs, squat 215lbs and deadlift at 290lbs.

The only reasonable explanation I can think of for these numbers after 4 years of lifting is that you are missing a limb, possibly two.

Regarding the kids, if you manage to get good custody, trust me on this one (well, the psychiatrists), your kids will be in a much better health state with you separated from her.

They will be able to see the "truth" and not the 24/7 craziness. In their heads, it will be: "Being with mom is a sh*t show, being with Dad is when I feel well and a human being". She is BPD, meaning crazy. Now I don't know how you handle her crazy regarding the kids but if you stay put and "shut up" for the sake of not getting into an argument, the kids will hate you subconsciously. They know the mother (or father) is wrong and they know the father is NOT taking their side. Later on, they will automatically side with the "more dominant" parent. Years will go and then you will discover they have not an ounce of respect for you and simply be used. The girl will have daddy issues and the son too.

To break that circle, divorce her. You are a lawyer, do that intelligently:

liquidate the assets before.
pay all your debts with the money from the house or whatever you bought and sold
Don't develop "fake" addictions like gambling, this might impact the custody. You have other ways of hiding money.

Now, this was just for the kids. I don't care what anyone says but if she is a real BPD, any human brain will go error 404 with them and will tell you it's not an LTR material. Whatever frame, or game you attain, someday she might bite your **** off and it will be too late.

Using the kids as a reason to stay with a shitty person is just hamstering.

My stbx is believed to be BPD by several trained people. She may be. She may not be. It’s hard to tell true BPD from a woman who is just AWALT with a shitty man for years. How old are you? Because your lifts suck. I am 56 and 6’3” and 170. I do multiple sets of 8 reps with more than your max lifts on any of those...and I am a skinny guy. You need to buckle down and get serious with your lifts and everything else. You are an attorney, so you should have a basic understanding of divorce law in your state. Too bad that you have young kids, but you need to make a decision. Bite the bullet, pay the price, and divorce her and do what you can for your kids or suck it up and be a better leader. If she is really BPD, things won’t improve and you will only dig yourself a deeper hole.

Based on what little real info is here, my guess is she knows you’re not into her and you haven’t been for some time. Her hamster is in overdrive because instead of working on being a good leader and offering comfort you’re getting annoyed and looking for things that support your narrative that she’s BPD

I'm 5"6ft, I'll regard my self as short.. small body type but fuck man. You are 6ft talk and deadlift 290lbs ? I deadlift 180kg.. bench press about the same as you.. and then 215lbs squat ? Man I squat 140Kg and regard it as poor since I have to build back muscles after the lockdown. guess what ? I'm bucking up gotta lift more and add more muscles..

My advise:: don't take her serious at all.. laugh over everything she says and then tease her or even accuse her of being so jealous. Fuck her harder at night make sure she feels pain and pleasure. and if she misbehaves punish her. Make sure there is nothing else that's irritating her about you.

Don't let her control your emotion or cause you to react badly unless she went extremely. If she says you seeing a woman right now:: text her calm down darling(put anything). or send a funny sticker/GIF. she'll notice you don't take her serious and you don't dive in to her emotional dramas... that's the goal..

AskMRP isn't therapy. If you want a simple "what do I do?" You are in the wrong place. If you want to improve, stop lying to yourself. Or just divorce and move on.
