This whole scenario sounds really off, like OP isn't telling us something. So I checked his post history. Sounds like he is, or has recently, been addicted to and/or is trying to quit 1) benzos, 2) kratom and 3) colorado industrial strength weed.

Get up early in the AM, well before work. Hit the gym in the AM and get ready at the gym. Knock that shit out first!

If you have never done it, it's going to be hard as shit. Your going to fail a bit at the start, and its going to be a challenge. You only have to get 21 days in of consistency to lock in the pattern.

Training in the AM sets the tone for the day. You can start prepping your next day gym bag, and preping you food for the next day as one of the things you can do when shes being a thundercunt.

Action always wins. Words are for pussys. When people find out you train in the am they look at you like you have superpowers. Everyone wants to be that, but they all sabotage them selves with the words "that's impossible, I could never do that". Change begins with the language you use in your mind to describe your reality. Everyone can do it, they just don't want it bad enough.

Do whatever it is that you need to do to ensure that she isn't fucking with your ability to function (i.e taking your wallet or preventing you from getting to work), but do not DEER. How do you guys deal with it when you wife deliberately impedes your daily routine? My wife does the same old predictable shit of taking the remote control, hiding my wallet or locking my out of where I keep some of my stuff. I just got in to it with her today when she locked me out of the bedroom when I needed to get ready for work.

Something tells me OP is autistic just maybe not for the example I am giving. When my wife and I are out and about I will usually open the car door for her (yeah, I still do it). On my way back around the car to the driver’s door my wife almost without fail will hit the electronic door lock.

Now, OP would take this as a sign of disrespect and pry open the door and lecture his wife while he jumps up and down like a little toddler who doesn’t get his way. I just hit the unlock on the key fob and get in. My wife typically has a playful grin when I get in the car BECAUSE SHE IS FLIRTING WITH ME!!!

OP’s case might be different. She might be provoking him because she knows he’s a little bitch and is just checking if that is still the case. In this scenario, yup, it’s confirmed. Regardless, the solution likely has less to do with her and more with OP and how he handles the situation.

Time to do a post mordem on this now that things have starting to calm down.

Here are some things I took away from this post and the few people that gave useful advice:

My biggest mistake was letting her get under my skin in the first place and yelling at her like a fool after I pried open the door. I still stand by my decision to pry open the door because she has to know that she can't impede my daily routine by hiding my stuff or locking me out of things. I never apologise for what I did, but we did speak about it in a discussion which she initiated. She thought I was bluffing when I said I was going to pry open the door. I then told she had several chanced to open the door, but she chose not to do it. My mistake in this area was saying anything to her after I pried it open.
The day after I posted this, I did all the shopping plus got some work down around the home that needed it. It was a mistake to not go shopping for her since she is pregnant and this was only a petty dick move.
I still need to read more and work the sidebar.
Internet randos arn't qualified to be substance abuse counselors.
