I'm looking for advice on how to forge ahead after (repeatedly) falling off the red pill train. After nearly 2 months of solid work on my MAP, I fucked up and slid back into some nasty habits (alcohol, porn, downright laziness). The obvious advice, of course, is to lift, dread, read, and of course crush it at home and at school--what many of you said in response to my last post.

Rebooting after failure, however, is a lot harder than getting started to begin with. My early optimism is dashed because I see (again) how weak I really am, and how far I have to climb. Efforts to kick myself back into shape work for a few days, and then it's back to the old bad habits. It's like the demon who, after exorcism, returns stronger than before and brings his buddies with him.

Has anyone here struggled with repeated backsliding on his RP journey? Any advice on how to kick myself out of it? This black dog gets heavier every time I fail.
