Not enough info but here's a couple of scenarios.

One, it's a shared asset and will be divided accordingly in the divorce proceedings. Treat it as such, go get it fixed and record your time so that it can be accounted for in the divorce proceedings. Treat every obligation as such, it will be used for negotiations later.

Two, it's not a shared asset, then you have no obligation to your soon to be ex-wife. Tell her politely, "Um no thanks." and then don't talk about it anymore. You have no obligation to make her understand why you told her no-thanks.

I won't get into why you are the one moving out if she filed, that's a different story.

If you are separating and that is what you want, act like you are divorced. She needs to learn how to handle things on her own and what things are going to be like without out. Is she going to pay you for your time ? Or do a favour in return ? Nope. Why should you work for free ?

Your in-laws own the house. Unless you are a tenant with a signed lease, you have no obligation to maintain the house. In fact, you don't have any legal right to maintain the house and you should not do so.

Tell the wife that maintaining the house is the obligation of her parents and, if she wants to help, that's up to her, but you're out of it (literally and figuratively).

If you have a lease and the lease says that you will maintain the property then, by all means, "deal with the warranty guys".

IN my view, once a wife takes a legal step toward divorce, it's done. She's on her own with everything, and that includes taking care of basic going-through-life and basic home ownership things that you used to do, but don't do anymore because you're not her husband.

Ok here it is: Her parents own the house we rent. So theres that. Ill be the one moving out. I want to revive my marriage, but not as a beta bitch and Im finding out thats what I'v been the whole time of being married. I told her "I refuse to be abstinent with my wife." AND I WILL divorce her if thats her plan (being abstinent), though, I know I can't just walk in and hit her with that without easing into the MAP and regaining my alpha little by little cause I'v been a bitch for 3 years.

We had a child out of wedlock and got married, we planned on getting married but my son came first and we decided to expedite the process. We both didn't want a kid at that point and she said she would get an abortion if we ever got pregnant, but as soon as those hormones hit, she wouldn't. But now that I have my son, I literally wouldn't trade him for the world. He's awesome. I live with her shame of me wanting her to go through with the abortion during that time.

I was a guy who didn't give a fuck prior to marriage, I got pussy on the reg, and didn't need any girl. Though I've never cheated on her.

My wife is a powerful woman, and shes a good mom, and when she does fuck me, its the best I'v had even from the floozys on the road prior to dating. I want this to work with her, but If she doesn't change some things, Im out.
