Im sure it feels amazing, but you’re eventually going to get addicted and that shit can have serious consequences and withdrawals.

I’d stop now and focus on being grounded in reality and attacking your problems from a sober state, unless you want to rely on drugs for the rest of your life.

I have, used it sparingly for a couple of years and it helped me completely get over social anxiety. Assuming you don’t have an addictive personality and have some self control it can absolutely change your life for the better. I used it as a ‘training tool’ so that when I was off phenibut, i experience much less anxiety than I would’ve prior, as I’ve trained myself to interact whilst on it, as whilst you’re on it, you do not experience the negative sides of social anxiety, they’re completely gone. Zero. It helps program your mind to realise no one actually gives a fuck about what you do or say, and there are zero negative effects to the shit you say in the real world, it’s ALL in your head. So eliminates anxiety when you’re off the drug through positive experiences whilst on the drug.

Whilst we all know social anxiety is in our heads and not real, it takes real world experiences to realise this and make the neuro-connections. Phenibut makes this possible.

Without this, you’re stuck in an endless loop of ‘I know it’s all in my head but I can’t do anything about it because my head is physically stopping me from doing the things I want to do’. You NEED to get out there and train yourself out of it. Phenibut allows for the smooth transition from social anxiety to true social confidence. You can say ‘just do that without drugs’ but for people that actually have social anxiety it’s not that fucking easy. Even if they did just ‘go out and do it’ one bad experience can fuck them up and make their social anxiety even worse, meaning they never put themselves out there again. If they made the same mistakes/said the same thing on phenibut, the brain simply wouldn’t give a fuck, as anxiety and negative thoughts about social interaction and awkwardness are zeroed out, and they’d carry their day on as usual and look to create more positive experiences.

Learning how easy it is to zero out negative social experiences creates neuroconnections that last even when you’re off the drug, you just learn to give less of a fuck and stop being so outcome dependant on the smallest of things you say/people’s reactions to it. Phenibut makes you realise none of that fucking matters, and it never did.

It’s possibly the healthiest way I know to ease yourself from social anxiety effectively. It’s either that or rely on some shitty drugs from a medical prescription to keep you sane for the rest of your life. Which would you rather choose?

You have to know HOW to use it though, that is imperative. As with any drug, responsible use is a MUST. Otherwise it’ll fuck you up, the withdrawals are not pretty. I’ve got to the point where I use it maybe once every 6 months just to help me get through an important social/work event, like a job interview. I know there’s certain jobs I would never have gotten without Phenibut. When I was at my peak Phenibut usage I was using it once every 3-4 weeks and using the days I used it as ‘training days’ to slowly train myself away from social anxiety, and guess what, it fucking worked. If you know how to use it effectively it’s genuinely a miracle drug and I wouldn’t come close to saying that about any other drug I’ve tried.

Also, no one here has any fucking clue what they’re talking about they just hear ‘drug’ and are programmed to automatically think ‘drug bad’. I thought this was the fucking red pill for fuck sake. Bunch of blue pilled NPCs.

I guarantee all these fuckers drink alcohol often which is essentially a worse version of Phenibut. Phenibut reduces anxiety further than Alcohol AND doesn’t have the negative cognitive effects of alcohol, you also don’t get a nasty hangover with Phenibut, you wake up feeling feeling fresh as a motherfucker like you just woke up in heaven, productivity will also be at an all time high. Alcohol is a drug just like any other. You just aren’t programmed to believe that’s the case.

Apologies if I’m coming across harsh but as you can tell I’m fucking passionate about this shit. I’m so grateful for those out there that led the socially inept high schooler that was me to discovering it so i fucking hate seeing people slander and dismiss something they haven’t researched because they hear the word ‘drug’ especially on a supposed red pill sub. If I never discovered it who knows what direction my life would’ve took. I could’ve easily spiralled into manic depression from the position I was in. I was caged by my social anxiety. It stopped me doing so much, my first year at university was a disaster, but luckily I got there early and tackled it head on at the age of 19, along with lifting, this changed my life.

Phenibut to me as someone who suffered from severe social anxiety was a bigger red pill than even the red pill itself. It woke me up.

Phenibut WAS the red pill.

What’s the blue pill in this analogy?

Therapy and fucking Sertraline.

Sure, that may work for some, but they make a large amount of people even weaker and more anxious than when they started.

There’s nothing more badass than going out there and tackling your own social anxiety head on. That’s what sensible use of phenibut allows you to do. Risk free.

I use phenibut from time to time, and in my opinion it’s nowhere near as potent or addictive as some other people have said, again, just my opinion and experience. It’s more of a subtle feeling, mild feelings of euphoria, less anxiety and all that, but I only really end up taking it like 1-2 times per month.

Have you tried long periods of fasting? For me it has the same effects as you describe and is free. You will become more discipline , lose fat and be clear headed(no overthinking whatsover, also you will need less cafeine). Just make sure to be properly hydrated with the needed vitamins(potassium,magnesium,etc) (Search how to make snake juice, it helps replenish your energy during long term fast, it also works when doing Omad.)

I use it like once a month. Usually only for times that I feel like I should be quite social. It's by far my favourite drug. Just makes me a total boss. Have to be mindful though, I've almost gotten myself into fights that I should have steered clear from because I just dont have any anxiety when I'm on it.

I take it off an on. I got it originally to replace adderal as a study helper in college and nowadays I have it once every couple months when I just feel like having a good time. I used to take 1500mg because I was taking it a couple times a week, nowadays I only need 500mg to get what I'm looking for. It definitely feels less slimy that I don't feel like I need it anymore and just take it because I feel like it.

A bit off subject, but Viagra was a game changer for me. Anxiety was so bad that half of my first time encounters with a girl resulted in a disappointment. Now I take a viagra, and i'm set. No need to even worry about that issue.

So I wouldn't disparage anyone who wants to use a drug as a life hack.

The hardest thing I've ever done is smoke weed so I don't know where you're getting all this from. The most noteworthy thing I found about it is I slept like the fucking dead. I wouldn't want to touch it. If you want something similar as performance enhancer, try kratom, green strain. I've used it for several years to get through college as a focus aid, work (sales), and just generally mood wellbeing booster. But I quit recently, without major withdrawals, because I figured that I just don't want any crutches. At the same time, I wouldn't hesitate to use it again if I really really needed something to get the edge off or get a boost. I'm currently working on quitting alcohol and caffeine too. Basically all socially acceptable substances, for personal reasons mostly.

I'm pro drug use all the way if you can use responsibly. However Phenibut is running over ants with a car imo. Verrrry phys habituating. Propranolol is literally made for this issue and also fast-acting and very easy to get from docs, unscheduled.

I use phenibut for situations where I need a lot more energy or if I need extra bravery lol. It acts on me as a stimulant, and feels a little like meth used to back in the day, but with no heart palpitations. It's fabulous for repetitive work tasks. I only take 250-350mg at a time max, then perhaps an updose 8 hours later of 250mg, perhaps not as per the Noofen insert instructions and my own inclination. I don't *love* the feeling but I find it useful, so I am okay to put it down when I chose. I have used it at that dose for 3 consecutive days then stopped taking it for 4 days with no problem, then had another major work day so dosed at the same dosage again. I am currently taking at least a week off. I think if I LOVED it I would have more concern with occasional use but I feel pretty good about it.

I'm unlucky apparently. I only took MDMA and phenibut both two times and it wasn't really special. MDMA made me feel like shit physically (bloating, diarrhea, heart racing), phenibut was way better in my experience, but not as good as I expected from reading about the drug. It did make me more calm but didn't kill all anxiety, and the highest effect is after like 5-6 hours so it's hard to plan for job interviews/dates.

Yeah, I've never noticed it to be this amazing feeling people say, I've had it in mega doses and small doses, and it does give a decent boost (it's actually better at lower doses imo) but I stopped using it just because the effects weren't that noticeable to justify taking it, plus it tastes awful
