Yes Sex and other short term pleasures lead to dopamine saturation and in turn to emptiness (if you overdo it of course). Lessen activities that spike your dopamine such as; eating sugar, watching TV, etc. I see you are on NoFap, great choice.

Start meditating and gravitate towards spirituality, it will help. Ever tried psychadelics?

Go to a therapist. Go to school. Go out on an adventure. Just go do something man. Hard in covid, yes, but there is still things to do.

I'm seeing some really bad advice here: work more, get a dog and many variations of "suck it up & deal". That's not why we're here gentlemen. Lonely is cured by time spent with those having a shared value system. Church or spiritual communities, volunteer to work and community service or mission work makes for really good friends and happens to be good for others.

Is life about temporary pleasures or joy? We're here for the joy of not being beholden to the cultural indoctrination of our gyno centric society and the rotten ass ideologies of male expendability in our culture.

In TRP our worth is not contingent on female counterparts, bank accounts or our demographic. It's based on being our best selves in the face of ourselves. This does not mean isolation. It's only valuable when we work tirelessly to inculcate the fruits of our labors into discernable action amongst our fellows. Here's what helped me:

-church men's group weekly -freemasonry -volunteer drug & alcohol counselor -shooting club -got a roommate that's entertaining -made friends with girls I don't date so I could meet their friends -medical mission trips

I've found that trp made me realize that there is so much more to this life. No man is an island.

There's definitely a void when you swear off serious relationships with women. Maybe you should consider jerking off? You get that "post nut clarity" afterward, and you'll be surprised how that loneliness just goes away. Other than that, I'm in the same boat. Sometimes I get lonely, I'm looking into joining a mens club of some sort this year. Men need to feel useful, I believe. I think joining a club or group that gets together and contributes toward a common goal could be fulfilling. More fulfilling than what I've done in the past, got married, slaved myself out for a woman for 5 years, only for her to dump me for some other dude.

I feel you bro, im exactly in the same situation, plus the covid in my country is out of control, so I can’t even go out. I’m dont have any friends either, and no matter how may hobbies and wokouts i do, the fucking feeling it’s still there.

You need to find your highest purpose, as I still do too. That’s the answer. You’ve found things you like to do, but you’re still lacking the connection to a higher plane of meaning and you’re aware that you’re lacking that. That’s why you feel exactly this way. I’m right there with you. No amount of girls or sex will be the answer.

Why not check out of the game right now? Why continue on? What reason do you have to live this thing out to the best of your ability? Explore those ideas and hopefully you can create your own satisfactory answers.

My work is very isolationist.

Get social hobbies, or change to a startup Job where you will be on a mission to accomplish something with others. Move to bay arear and interview at startups. Maybe find a social cell where you guys trust each other to not do covid restrictions.

Find a girl worthy to ltr and try that for awhile.

Play social games like valheim, or world of warcraft. There is a need to build something with other people. Something hard, that's challenging.

Edit : that being said. Lonely can only be cured by having some meaningful relationships in your life. That you have to cultivate on your own and most probably they are not with women. They are mostly with men. Men who are following their path and don't hinder yours or are threatened by you. Try making a lot of new friends. Over time they gets filtered down to a select few. Cultivate those relationships

If doing various things you love isn't enough, having 20 healthy activities that improve you are not addi g value to your life. Getting an animal may help, volunteering, doing something outside of yourself for others. You seek connection and sharing /expressing your value, reach out and offer something to someone. I just got a dog and I now run every day, something I couldn't maintain by myself. Invite your activity people out for a gathering. You've got a solid foundation but it's normal to freak a bit about not seeing a path to reach the second floor. Try a different approach, surprise yourself.

Congrats brother, time to start working toward finding your purpose in life. I don't see specifically in your post about what you DO enjoy (only Muay Thai?), only what you do. And, what you don't enjoy but do anyway.

What gives you life? Doesn't seem to be pulling women - so great, you're ahead of most on here.

The phrase 'fake it till you make it' comes to mind here - in that 'hurr durr, I was told I'd be happier and live a better life by getting better with women'. The getting-better-with-women aspect is a side effect from working on yourself, from simply being with yourself and beginning to enjoy and appreciate yourself as you are. Sit with that fucking loneliness and realize that it's not going to kill you, and, it's not going to go away. You are alone in your world, you came in and will die with just yourself in your body and head. Get comfortable with that person, be excited to explore your depths. Love this fucking person; if not now, then for who you are capable of becoming.

To a large extent, you can choose what happens during your life, who you share it with, how you spend your time - but few people do. So it feels like sex is meaningless? Cool, dig into that, in time you'll be less afraid of what you might find. Be curious, ask and answer your own questions while being as honest as you can be with yourself. Have others in your life who are doing similar things.

Examine your fucking life, see what you find, see where you make meaning. And then go fucking kick ass
