Couple of things.....

A girl you have had sex with once is not a plate. She's a one night stand that you're trying to turn into a plate.
Just because a chick will let you fuck her on the first date doesn't mean you should. Especially if the first date is the day after you matched with no other interaction. 90% of the time Flaking = No interest. Women are not direct nor honest. Flaking or making up excuses not to meet up is their best and only way of saying "I'm not interested in you". Who knows where you took a wrong turn but she lost interest. Part of it is you definitely didn't do a good job of building attraction, mystery, and food for her hamster wheel prior to sex. Part of it may be you went all caveman on her smacking her around during sex and she didn't like it. But bottomline is that first time she flaked after rescheduling the correct response would have been to tell her your time is valuable and you permit people to waste it and move on.
