You only need to work on your game/frame a bit and your results will just explode exponentially.

Start slow. Baby step it. Just approach girls asking small things eg directions if your frame atm is that low.

If not, you can just start talking and getting a number. Read up on the top posts of all time on the main sub and start approaching.

Make sure the clothes you wear are form fitting (not baggy), if you do, you have so many cards on your side before you have uttered a word to them (of course your talking can be the difference between a lay and not a lay but everybody has to start from somewhere)

There is some priceless advice in the comments. However, one of the things that changed my life was getting a sales job. You will learn how to cope with rejection on a daily basis and learn body language if you take a face to face sales job.

Also, you will learn how to become an emotional psycho. Even if you feel like shit, feel "anxiety", the constant rejection and repetition will teach you to act confidently despite how you feel. You will learn true DGAF attitude and realize your emotions are meaningless unless you are able to control them (it took me a while before I could control my emotions and decide how I would feel like on a given day).

Take a part time sales job, preferably something hard like telemarketing or door to door, and don't quit for at least 6 months. Then, the skills you acquire can be used everywhere in your life, especially in dating where you are selling yourself.

You need to realize that anxiety is an emotion that will always surface from time to time. However, just like every emotion, it has to be controlled or eliminated through sheer repetition of the task that gives you anxiety. Letting yourself be affected by how you feel like will prevent you to live the life you want to have.
