You can try to understand the conflict. Probably there is something which she feels she cannot tolerate in the relationship and then becomes unstable because there is something that is really bothering her but she likes you too much to break up for good.

There are serveral possible ways to deal with it:

The two of you figure out what the problem is and solve it so that it is acceptable/tolerable for both of you.

The two of you continue to try to deal with it as it is and either things move towards indifference and loss of feelings/interest/sex until it either becomes really ugly and one of you breaks up.

You decide that it isn't worth the emotional work and break up now.

Way one heavily depends on both of your abilities to accept another human being for what it is and both of your abilities to grow and develop.
