A relative of mine did a similar thing to her husband, except intended to and did tell the husband and kids everything after she cheated, like some sort of revenge cucking. Reasonable people don’t do this sort of shit, we say AWALT but that doesn’t eliminate the fact that some women are more crazy than others.

The other concern for me is the kids, that’s just not something worth my time to mess around with.
