If you're an absolute beginner I'd suggest the following order:

Read the Game by Neil Strauss just to hype yourself up and learn the history. You can also read mystery method but Id recommend not to follow it at the beginning.

Then watch hotseat at home by RSDtyler. You can easily find it on piracy sites. People have complaints with this course because it's very "woo woo" but they don't understand beginners need action and not material. In this course you'll see a bunch of crazy infield and tyler will tell you some of the most important things you'll ever hear.

Giving not taking
Self Amusement
Core Confidence

This is the game summarised in its purest form and it's as "natural" as things get. I suggest you do all the challenges in this and then move forward. It'll help you become more social and confident but may not help you get laid as much. But it builds a solid foundation for sure.

Once you're done with this one, move to "The Natural" by RSD Max. Again can be found through resellers. Try to get the max hotseat version.

This course is the bridge between tyler and todd/mystery. This course will teach you a bunch of pickup techniques but they'll be more like things you can sprinkle in your interactions. Most interactions will still be you being you but now there's a little bit of direction to your way of doing things. Your results will go up from here.

Finally you should go for everything by Todd Valentine. Todd is as precise and as technical and as methodical someone can get as far as game is concerned. He's like a goddamn robot who just knows the right codes. He's also very high integrity and doesn't give you woo-woo. The only problem with this is if you don't have a foundation you'll depend a little too much on the lines and techniques. Not the best to build confidence but definitely the most optimised for advanced guys.

I would highly recommend Todd's valentine university if you can find it. It had student infield breakdowns every single month and when you watch those you'll truly be able to appreciate Todd's skills.

As a dating coach myself, here is free tip. You won't truly succeed with girls until you understand that it's not your job to act because you think she likes you, but rather your job is to act simply because you want to without caring if she likes you or not.

First off, that anxiety thing is real. Happens to most of us guys. I lost my virginity later than i would've liked and was in my head so much it took me a while to get comfortable with it. When i was around 26, i was going through some self doubt (post-covid and it had been some time since i had even been with a woman) and when i finally got 1 in bed i just couldnt get it up. I had put so much pressure in mysel fto get do it, i tried to make somethign happen.

Tbh, id say go get a pill. Get a doctor to prescribe one. That's what i did, and it helps. You gotta swallow your pride at this point. Does not mean you will always need it. I did it for 3 weeks until i got my mojo back and weened off of it for another week. You have to drink it daily (or every 2 days depending on what doctor recommends). Then it's important to ween off of it (incresae waiting time between pills). So for me i took it once every 2 days for 3 weeks, when i had a few sessions in my belt and was starting to feel like myself a bit in bed again, i weened off of it for another week or two. You are too much in your head and need that monkey off your back.

Also you are doing better than you think if you got 2 girls to agree to sex. But i get how you feel. I struggled with similar. For me, i changed my wardrobe a bit. But also i was dressing like i did in HS, and in comfy clotthes. I went from jeans and collared shirt, to new dark jeans, black shirt, bomber jacket, beard, cologne and baseball cap. All these go a long way so if you arent doin gthis, get it started today. Once you feel comfortable int hat clothing it shows. You dont have to break the bank, go on amazon or old navy for deals.

As for you communication, practice talking to strangers, man or woman. Start small and with goals. When you go out, make a goal to talk to 1 girl. Then 3, then 5. Then make a goal to dance with 1 girl even if it's for 30 seconds. Then make a goal to dance with various girls. Then make a goal to kiss 1 girl. Then a number, 2 numbers, etc. As. you hit you rgoal increase it slightly everytime. Second, go to networking events, meetups, etc. Anything to meet a new person (man or woman) and approach every person you see (man or woman) and focus on just having a ncie conversation. The thing is, if you try to force a number you wont get it because you wont be genuine. Women already know what you want, so they put their guards up before you even approach. SO it's about shwoing them "we are into you, but if you arent into me then i am fine walking away from you. You dont control my life". So for me i started treating women like bros. Shoot the shit with them. But you have to know how to do it. For me i try to findf common ground. So for opener, ill just say something to make them feel good or hype them up. Never complement their looks off the bat but complement an outfit choice, or somethign unique you see. "Hey i like that hat, where' dyou even find that?", "I like that dress, is it for a special occasion or did you just want to be the prettiest girl in the bar tonight?"

Outfit is an extension of personality. So in a way you are saying "i like your personality". Then once im in with that question i may need 1 or 2 more questions to really get in. So ill try to find common ground "where are you from?" They say chicago, ill use that. I love sports, so even if ive never been to chicago, i can ask her if she's from southside or northside. If she says southside ill say "ooh im so sorry you had to be raised a white sox fan".

The most important thing is reading body lanugage. A woman will tell you what she is ok with you doing to her through body language. If she seems very short in her answers. Just give her a "have a nice day" and dont feel bad. If she seems open to the banter, conversation, etc. keep at it and if you enjoy the conversation get her number. Introduce physical touch if it's going well.

What i said, sounds good but just know it might not work most of the time, it's about getting comfortable with it because tbh, once i got outside of my own head. I dont even see rejections as rejections because i never see it as flirting anymore just pleasent conversations. One time a girl literally told me to mind my busineess after i used an opening line like i mentioned above. I was like "cool have a nice one" and just found soimeone else to talk to. 5 years ago i would've never approached for months. Now, im just like "ok cool on to the next. Her loss".

Sounds like you should get a therapist. Not a dating-coach. At least start with the therapy first before you add a coach to the mix.

Drinking, anxiety, and problems getting "past yourself" - this is fantastic material for a therapist. A dating-coach can help you more with what to actually do and say. But dating-coaches aren't the best for dealing with drinking, anxiety and problems getting past yourself. Those are largely inner-game / thinking-pattern issues.

i'd suggest finding someone with lots of infield, and who isn't good looking. There's a real ceiling to 'game', but there's no point in 'learning' from some good looking 'coach'. He lives in a different world to you and is playing on extreme easy mode.
