Seriously though I'm full on baby faced. Girls never believe my age and often ask to see my ID. It really doesn't matter at all, people will respond to your attitude as much as your appearance. Don't give them a chance to categorize you as cute. As soon as they do women assume a mother role, as opposed to a lover role. That categorization (cute kid) will stick with you and prevent you from building any sort of sexual attraction. The desire to nurture someone and have sex with them are incompatible in attraction.

That's why from the very first moment you need to frame yourself as a sexual and masculine guy. Exhibit more dominance. Be more overt/direct in your intentions and actions. Sexualize the interaction very early so there's no way she can interpret you as anything except for high value, sexual male.

I have a "baby face"

I am 20 and women often think that I look around 15..in fact I get hitted on by 14-16 year old girls all the time...since I dress well and I am in good shape (so everything most kids that age lack)

I run into this as well. I'm 30 but can pass for 18. I usually play it up and ask women how old they think I am. It works out into a playful conversation most of the time. I've grown to admire having a baby face though. I can't give any sort of accurate advice but keep doing what you're doing. Confidence and showing that you can get shit done is what helps for me. One of the last girls I hooked up with was 38 and then after that was 23. It's all about delivery. If you can show them who the boss is and take charge of situations, most women will really dig that.

I've got the same - I've got a round-shaped head, meaning that I've got somewhat of a baby face. The best answer to that, in my experience, is to say 'Well, that means I get to stay young.' and then leave it be. It really shouldn't harm your game that much, and if you think it does, then it's all in your head. The baby-face shouldn't be any trouble. At all.

People say I look 18 when I'm 23. I'm extremely confident as well (not being boastful) but it's being outgoing also. That with your body language and you'll be fine. (smile-genuinely, say hi, engage, and be happy-genuinely).

BTW I noticed you said "I want to get laid." I don't know what your mindsets is exactly, but whenever I have the "looking for" aspect in it, it never works out for me. Genuine is key.

I have no clue how /fit you are. I ran into a similar/interesting issue. I'm 6'2". Back when I was 250lbs, I was fat, so the baby face was more like fatty-face. At the weight I'm at now/was before (200ish), I have a "baby face." My lowest weight was like 190. At that weight, my face was getting thin--I had thinned out of the baby face. So if you're slightly overweight, try losing some fat. It should get you out of the baby face range, if you're like me.

Don't let your face limit you. It's not a good excuse it any situation except one which is looks-limited (I understand which dancefloor paradigm you're coming from). Instead of walking up behind girls, trying to grind on them, and gettin shot down because your face isn't "super hot," try dancing on your own, getting good at it, and then having them proximity you, if that's your thing.

I've gotten tired of the bump n grind shit. It's boring and doesn't turn me on any more, so don't put too much value in that.

Guys grow facial hair to make themselves look older, but honestly, I don't mind younger looking guys. My 2 celebrity crushes are Jesse Eisenberg and Andrew Garfield, and they look much younger than 27. Anyway, what does my opinion matter?

I guess another way is to cut your hair short if it's long (however, I myself am attracted to guys with longer hair). Apparently shorter-hair looks more "adult", "professional" and "grown-up." One thing I'd advise against is "dress older" because it might look TOO old.
