The average person looking for advice on this forum chooses to go from their job back home and browse the internet. Dominik was at the gym before his job, chose a job that put him around women, learned how to have fun and not take himself too seriously, eats right even though his odd work hours would make dieting difficult, and is still hustling with creating youtube content and OF content.
His path isn’t for everyone, but everyone could learn to put in as much work to grab for your dreams as he does.

Yes I agree and thought what you said was obvious. The thing is confidence is reinforced through societal and external validation. If you’ve for example have always had success dating you’ll be naturally confident because a line of success is what builds confidence.
However the opposite is also true. If you’re constantly rejected it becomes harder to feel confident especially if you’ve gone through a line of failures. My point is the external result of success or failure will quickly snowball you into a Chad or Incel.
As for people who have had more successes, sure there are definitely ways one can improve their success, but people who are born with the genetic lottery have it a lot easier since they’ve automatically have extra desirable points when starting off dating. More people are likely to say “yes” and as a result reinforce confidence.
Now confidence and lack thereof doesn’t build just from a single interaction, it is stacked over a lifetime. If you’d now imagine a kid who was always popular as a kid, they naturally will be more confident since they had no issues making friends, asking young girls out, having crushes reciprocate, having the spotlight on them. These occurrences will multiply their lifetime confidence and by the time they’re in their 20s they would have developed “Chad energy”.
The kids however who lacked friends, lacked social skills, and wasn’t popular or looked attractive, struggle with confidence because of a lack of external confirmation. Multiply that into their 20s and they really struggle with dating and other life activities. By the way how do you think popular kids are chosen in grade school? Usually it is physical looks over personality. It is only when we mature that we look beyond the shallow. Of course to be popular you’d need a few other things but I would say If you won the genetic lottery you live life on easy mode. That’s not to say you didn’t have to work for your successes but you had a severe advantage over other normal or lesser kids who never experienced “abundance” which is why they lack confidence later in life.
If you have abundance, you will be confident naturally. The problem is people believe that you can somehow just “will” confidence and make it pop out of thin air. Unfortunately that isn’t true because confidence requires reality to align with your perception.
It is pretty much impossible to be confident without experiencing success. Just like you would never ever be confident in swimming if you’ve never swam before.
You can definitely fake it until you make it, but until then real confidence will not be experienced. False confidence (aka Bravado) yes, but not real actual confidence.

He didn’t say anything revolutionary, he just said stop caring about what negative rejections you might get, go for it, and have some confidence. His confidence comes from his physique, others may be their wit, others might be their finances, it doesn’t matter all that much.
