It has to be her anxiety. Leave it like that, the ball is in her court now. What you could have done instead is write a comforting message to console how she feels and let her know that you would like to get to know her sometime. That IMO would have been equivalent for her to approach you next time you go inside the bakery although she might have also felt wierd where the manager spilled the beans and now she feels like a personal info has just been blown that makes her really uncomfortable.
