I've been lurking for a while, and I thought I'd share a bit of "knowledge". I'm no big shot but I do OK with girls. Recently (about 7 months ago), I started going to the gym regularly. At least 3 times a week, every week, without fault.

Now, many go to the gym to look better. Others go to be stronger. Others to lose fat, and others to be healthier.

It doesn't really matter, but make sure you don't skim on strength. The reason why being strong (and not necessarily have the best-looking body) is very important is because it makes you feel like a boss.

In fact, personally, it makes me the boss everywhere I go. I'm not very big in terms of muscle size, nor am I the strongest. However, my increase in strength over the past months has increased my inner game and confidence.

Simply put, when you know you can pick up and throw any guy at the bar across the room, you feel like the boss. Nay, you are the boss.

Just a thought.
