It depends on the setting. Parks (especially pet parks) are better than street approaches (especially during the week). Women (and people in general) are not typically in a social mood if they’re out trying to get errands done or going to work. That doesn’t mean you shouldn’t try during these times, but you should manage expectations. City events and gathering are great settings as well. I was at an international food festival last weekend and got three contacts out of ~ 30 approaches. I had about 10 good interactions with good conversation that ultimately ended with her saying she was in a relationship or not looking. I was pretty stoked!

The problem is you count these outcomes as rejections, rather than seeing it for what it is; an indication that the timing, context, or approach wasn’t right for her in that specific moment.

Because guess what? Not everyone has the time or mental space to engage in a conversation with a stranger, especially when they’ve got their own things to do or are focused on other more important priorities than some random guy.

A non-response isn’t really a rejection. If someone is not in the mood to engage in a conversation, or doesn’t even have the time because they are busy, hence why they kept walking so fast, that’s not really a rejection of you as a potential romantic aitor.

It’s more like: “dude, i don’t have time, I have to go to work, i have to study, i am running late to my appointment at the doctor, or i’m late for the bus… Out of my way”

This isn’t a rejection of romantic interest, or a rejection of yo use a person. So you really shouldn’t count those like rejections or take them so personal because they are not.

If you want to cold approach so it in places where people are not in a rush to go somewhere. People aren’t gonna stop their lives just because you feel like hitting on women and have too much free time.

You stop them, but .... why? I never stop them, in fact I take a step back as I approach to give them space to leave if they want to leave. This "stop" motion was used in the London Daygame model, but when I used it I also had a huge rejection rate. Is good to learn all kinds of things but later you create your own style.

Rejection will happen, but not as bad as when you try to tell them something and they keep going.

It should look like this:

40 - approaches

20 - phone numbers

10 - answer your text

5 - go on a date

2-3 - go on a second date

1 - XXX

You need to walk with them, make sure to keep some distance so you don't come off as too aggressive.

After a bit you can ask them to stop for a second, assuming it's contextually reasonable to ask. If she is clearly in a rush be respectful.

Try approaching with the assumption that the girl already doesn't like you. It's counterintuitive yet makes a difference, it keeps you outcome independent and out of try hard energy and also tunes your mind to make you not automatically like the girl just because she's hot...so you aren't making her feel like a prize/property.

You might be too uncalibrated, if a girl sense danger she is going to ignore you. Remember to smile and be relaxed in your approach.

Cold approach is like throwing darts at a dartboard without knowing where the target is. you’ll miss more often than you hit. And even when you do land one, it’s more likely due to luck than skill. ESPECIALLY if it’s not at some kind of social venue.

Daygame sucks, can you make it work? Yes, but its ineffective and can become outright dangerous to your health or reputation. Rejection rates are very hight, there is a reason Youtube is filled with cringe videos of weirdos getting nuked by women.
